Research On The Chemical Constituents Of Spatholobus Suberectus Dunn.

Spatholobus suberectus Dunn,is a traditional drugs to enrich the blood,improve the blood circulation,and activate collaterals,and can be used to treat blood deficiency chlorosis,rheumatism,numbness,paralysis embolism and so on.Research on S.suberectus Dunn is gradually increasing from the 1990 edition to the 2015 edition of "Chinese Pharmacopoeia".However,the only standard is on the character identification rather than on chemical marker or on its effective quality control methods,so we can’t establish its quality evaluation system.In addition,because of complex chemical ingredients,it is difficult to establish its comprehensive quality standards.In this study,we select S.suberectus Dunn.as the research object through a systematic study of its chemical compositions to provide pharmacodynamic material basis,in order to fully control the quality of S.suberectus Dunn..Twenty-five compounds were obtained from the stems of S.suberectus Dunn,and twenty-two of all compounds were determined by modern spectral analysis methods,physical and chemical constants and references confrontation.Their structures were following:five flavanols:(+)-gallocatechin(2-1),(-)-epigallocatechin(2-2),(-)-catechin(2-3),(+)-catechin(2-4),(-)-epicatechin(2-5);four flavones:formononetin(2-6),calycosin(2-7),annulation(2-8),isoliquiritigenin(2-9);six flavone glycosides:ononin(2-10),4’,8-dimethoxy-7-O-β-D-glucoside(2-11),glycitin(2-12),3’,5’-dimethoxy genistein-7-O-β-D-glucoside(2-13),quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(2-14),Liquiritin(2-15);three phenolic acids:protocatechuic acid(2-16),gallic acid(2-17),syringic acid(2-18);four other types:blumenol A(2-19),glycerol-α-pentacosanoate(2-20),daucosterol(2-21),β-sitosterol(2-22).In these compounds,2-1,2-4,2-8,2-10～2-15 were firstly isolated from S.suberectus Dunn..At the same time,(+)-gallocatechin(2-1)and(-)-epigallocatechin(2-2)were isomers;(-)-catechin(2-3),(+)-catechin(2-4)and(-)-epicatechin(2-5)were also isomers.All these compounds can be better to quality control of S.Suberectus Dunn.and GAP.
