In this experiment,Astragalus selenium polysaccharide as the main object of study, the experimental method to Kunming mice were randomly divided into six groups after the establishment of S180 tumor-bearing mouse model, namely saline negative group, lentinan positive group, astragalus polysaccharide containing selenium low,middel,high(40mg/kg·d,80mg/kg·d,120mg/kg·d)three dose groups and astragalus polysaccharide group.Utilization rate can be directly observed inhibitory sarcoma tumor growth in mice vaccinated.Astragalus preliminary evidence of different doses of selenium polysaccharide S180 tumor-bearing mice with certain tumor growth inhibition.Astragalus selenium polysaccharide low, medium and high dose groups and three APS group of inhibitory rate were 33.42%,67.65%,75.10%and 39.69%.Compared with the control group antitumor effect of high-dose group of the most obvious, and selenium compared Astragalus polysaccharides and high-dose group and APS group have a very significant difference.Thymus index and spleen index also confirmed the anti-tumor effect of the drug, which is due to the thymus and spleen are the body's two main immune organs, the body is the main place for cellular and humoral immunity, which can be a direct response to the level of the body immunity. The experimental results show that both the thymus and spleen index or index Astragalus selenium polysaccharide three dose groups compared with the negative group of immune organs S180 tumor-bearing mice with enhanced effects are,in addition, astragalus polysaccharides spleen index and selenium APS group comparison, there are also significant differences. In addition, the experiment also selenium by astragalus polysaccharides on S180 tumor bearing mouse serum SOD(superoxide dismutase),MDA(malondialdehyde),CAT(catalase),GSH(glutathione)impact(glutathione peroxidase)this five indicators antioxidant GSH-Px,demonstrate that their antioxidant activity.Based on the above information, the present study,by calculating the inhibition rate, thymus index and spleen index explain the anti-tumor effect, but also by the role of antioxidant enzymes in tumor-bearing mice on S180,indicating that it has antioxidant effects.MDA as the degradation of polyunsaturated fatty acids through the oxidation product.MDA can reflect body lipid oxidation over the content of its content but also indirectly reflects the level of free radicals attack cells in the body suffered severity.Present in red blood cells or tissue CAT and GSH-Px will produce synergies, joint clearance hydrogen peroxide content in the body, when the hydrogen peroxide concentration is too high,CAT play a more important role, and when the concentration of hydrogen peroxide lower,GSH-Px is playing a major role.SOD can scavenge superoxide anion radicals and protect cells from damage, the 02-into H202.GSH is a low molecular weight scavenger can scavenge oxygen free radicals, hydrogen peroxide, etc.,can measure the size of the amount of GSH oxidative capacity. The results showed that, compared with the control group, with different concentrations of Astragalus polysaccharides on MDA in serum selenium S180 tumor-bearing mice have significantly reduced the role and has a very significant(P<0.01).Meanwhile,S180 tumor-bearing mouse serum SOD,CAT,GSH-Px activity and GSH content was significantly increased.Meanwhile, the experimental results can be seen by the antioxidant selenium Astragalus polysaccharides and anti-tumor capabilities superior to a certain extent, selenium polysaccharide. The results showed that selenium astragalus polysaccharides can inhibit the growth of S180 sarcoma tumor-bearing mice, enhance their antioxidant capacity may be one of the anti tumot.
