In recent years, deteriorative environment and changing lifestyle lead to the increasing breast cancer morbidity in China,a large body of cases were caused by high local estrogen level, nonyl phenol,a exogenic steroid hormone, structural relative of estrogen, once accumulate and exposure to water and soil, may cause damage to human health, many studies reveal that high level para-nonyl phenol may involve in the initiation and progress of breast cancer. This experiment mainly discusses nonyl phenol on breast cancer cell proliferation and the impact of the growth signals. The following tests have been carried out to solve the question,(1)MTT assay and Cells crossed experiment method were been used to discovery the effects about the nonyl phenol on MCF-7 cell.(2)Cell fluorescence staining was been used to explore the maximum presentation position of Shp2(The arc homology phosphatidyl 2)in MCF-7 cell.(3)Western bloating was been adopted to survey the change level of the protein expression about the protein Shp2 by nonyl phenol on MCF-7 cell.In summary, the current study showed that:(1)nonyl phenol can promote the proliferation and transfer ability of MCF-7 cells and the effect can be interdicted by pshpl.(2)nonyl phenol can up regulation the expression level of Shp2 on MCF-7 cell. The Preliminary speculation can be make after the results of the research analysis:nonyl phenol may play the same role as the 17?-estradiol to promote the proliferation and enhance the capacity of migration of MCF-7 cells by activate the expression of shp2.The result show that nonyl phenol may promote the occurrence of breast cancer, and as a basal component Shp2 played a key role. This findings could provide new insights into the prevention and control of breast cancer.
