Schizandra is the dried ripe fruit of Magnoliaceae plant,which have effect on supplementing qi and promoting the production of body fluid,nourishing kidney,Alpinia oxyphylla,anti-aging and calming the nerves.Clinically used for lowering transaminase.Schizandra resources are rich in our country,which mainly grown in northeast China,Inner Mongolia,hebei,shaanxi and other regions.It contains abundant chemical composition,these are volatile oils,Lignans,organic acids,fatty oil,sterol,polysaccharide.Polysaccharide in Schisandra sour flavor,sweet,mild,which can supply vital force on astringent,and enhancing qi while nourishing fluid.Lignans in Schisandra have function of antioxidation,detoxication,anticancer,improve immunity function.so it is the hot spot that the research of Schizandra as functional food.In this paper,according to the different components of Schisandra chinensis with different health care functions,we devoted to study on health products of Schisandra chinensis with antioxidant and anti alcoholic liver injury.we chose polysaccharide in water extract and total lignans in alcohol extract of Schisandra as an active ingredient to prepare oral liquid and dispersible tablet.their corresponding biological activity study were carried out to develop Schisandra with antioxidant and anti alcoholic liver injury as health products,which has broad application prospects.In this paper,The optimum extraction process of Schizandra water extract was determined for using orthogonal design,The best preparation conditions is:10 times of water quantity,after 30 minutes' steeping,3 times for decoction,2 hours for each time.Schisandra polysaccharide yield is 4.48%.It provides the basis for Schisandra oral liquid research.oral liquid preparation technology was optimized,it proved that preparation methods is feasible,in quantities suitable for continuous production.In this paper,the preliminaery studies on antioxidant mechanisms of Schisandra oral liquid.according to the method from "the technical specifications of inspection and evaluation about health food",the State Food and Drug Administration issued"the notice of technical requirements specification about health food products"(2010)423 files,and "the adjustment programs of health food function "for functional testing,Data were analysed with F test by using SPSS Statistical Analysis Software.it showed that Schizandra oral solution can reduce significantly MDA viability in serum,can Inerease the SOD activity in serum and the GSH aetivity in serum significantly.The result of an tioxidant test showed that schisandra oral liquid is effective,it was preliminarily determined Schizandra water extract had antioxidant function.A lot of Academic literature studies indicate Schisandra Lignans have function of antioxidation,detoxication,anticancer,improve immunity function.We optimize extraction process that alcohol extract effective parts of Schisandra water extraction residue by Orthogonal Design.the best conditions was:reflux extraction with 10-fold 75%alcohol for 2 times,2h per time.We investigate type and dosage of binder.and disintegrant for dispersible tablets,we determine the best prescription and preparation process of dispersible tablet.Schisandra dispersible tablet against alcoholic liver injury care system were studied,it indicated that Schisandra tablet can reduce liver MDA vitality,improve GSH activity and reduce TG activity,it initially identified health effects of Schisandra dispersible tablet with anti-alcoholic liver damage.
