Correlation Analysis Between The Humoral Immunity And Injury Severity In Trauma Patients

Objective: To investigate the immune indexes such as IgA?IgG?IgM?C3?C4 changes of patients with multiple trauma,and to analyze their relationship with the severity of trauma.and analyze the relationship between the severity and prognosis.Methods: Collect 90 patients with multiple trauma from emergency department and intensive medicine from November 2014 to November 2015.Record the information such as cause of injury,gender,age,ISS score and complications.Measure the immune indexes such as IgA?IgG?IgM?C3?C4 on 1th day,3th day,7th day.Analysis the relationship between trauma severity and immune function and the prognosia.Results: On the third day,the immune indexes of Trauma patients decreased significantly(P < 0.05).The non severe trauma group gradually returned to normal in one week,and severe trauma group began to recover,but is still lower than in the control group.IgG,IgA,IgM,C3 and C4 scores were negatively correlated with the ISS score.Within a week,the number of complications occurred in 67 cases,accounting for 74.4% of the total number of cases,the higher the ISS score,the higher the risk of complications.ISS score < 25 group complication rate was significantly lower than the ISS score more than 25 group.Conclusion: 1The immune function of trauma patients is disorder,severe trauma group immunosuppression degree is deeper,for a longer time.Therefore,timely monitoring of immune function in patients is good to formulate the treatment and evaluation of injury;2 IgA,IgG,IgM,C3 and C4 immune indexes of blood in severe trauma patients is negatively correlated with the ISS score,so we can indirect judgment of the disease by the levels of IgA,IgG,IgM C3 and C4;3.When the ISS?25,the complication rate was significantly increased,so it can predict the prognosis of patients with ISS score,and can develop effective treatment plan in time to improve the prognosis.
