A Study On The Correlation Between Psychological Resilience And Occupational Stress And Ability Of Nurses In Military Hospital

Objective:1.To understand the psychological resilience,occupational stress and work ability of nurses in military hospital;2.To analyze the influencing factors of psychological resilience of nurses in military hospital;3.To explore the relationship between psychological resilience,occupational stress and work ability of nurses in military hospital.Methods:A cluster sampling method was used to select 679 nurses from two three-level general hospital of the army as the research object during April to June in 2016,using Chinese version of CD-RISCc scale,job content questionnaire(JCQ),pay-return imbalance questionnaire(ERI),work ability index(WAI)questionnaire,To investigate the psychological toughness,working ability and occupational stress of nurses,to analyze the influencing factors of psychological toughness and to explore the correlation between job ability and occupational stress.Using the SPSS22.0 statistical software for statistical analysis.The general data of the nurses were descriptive.The data of the normal distribution were compared by T test and ANOVA.The data of the skewed distribution were compared by Kruskal-Wallis H non-parametric rank sum test.The influencing factors were analyzed by Logistic regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis;correlation analysis between the two variables using Pearson or Spearman correlation analysis.Results:1.the total score of psychological resilience is between 65 and 119 points,and the average score of 87.57±9.45 points,In the three dimen-sions,the tough average score of 46.70±5.06 points,self-reliance 26.28±3.72 points,optimistic 14.15±1.95 points,The tough dimension entries are the highest and the self-reinforcing dimension entries are the lowest.High psychological resilience group of 117 people,the medium of psychological resilience group of 522 people,low psychological resili-ence group of 40 people,accounting for 17.2%,76.9%,5.9%of the total number,respectively.2.There were significant differences in the scores of psychological resilience and each dimension between the diferent age,length of service,title,personnel type,different fertility status and different late night(P<0.05).The scores of the nurses with different marital status,educ-ational background have significant differences in the score of tough,self and total scores(P<0.05);The scores of the nurses with different department were have significant differences in the self of tough and optimism scores(P<0.05);By logistic regression analysis,departm-ent,personnel type,late night eventually entered the regression equation.3.the total score of ability to work is between 25 to 48 points,the median and quartile spacing is 40/6;the score of Self-evaluation is 15.15±1.96 points,the median and quartile spacing of physiological situation is 16/4,median and quartile spacing of the ability of self-test is 7/3,psychological status score 3.00±0.64 points.Excellent ability of 124 people,good 400,medium 152 people,poor 3,Accounting for 18.3%,58.9%,22.4%,0.4%of the total number,respectively.In the dimensions of occupational stress,the work required 19.51±2.21 points;the degree of autonomy was 32.28±3.41 points;the social support was 30.47±4.48 points;the work paid 21.06±3.36 points;the return score was 37.98±3.43;the internal investment was 20.17±3.11 points;Among them,the work requirements of the entries were the highest,3.90±0.44 points;internal input entries were the lowest,3.36 ± 0.52 points.According to job requirements/autonomy(JDC model),pay/return(ERI model)to assess occupational stress,In the survey,the number of high vocational tensions and low occupational tensions accounted for 70.8%/52.6%and 29.2%/47.4%of the total number,respectively.4.There was a high correlation between nurses’ resilience and work ability,and the correlation coefficient between each dimension and total score was 0.112～0.677(P<0.01).By multiple Linear regression analysis showed that the optimism eventually entered the regression equation;There was a high correlation between psychological resilience and occupational stress,the correlation coefficient between each dimension and the total score of 0.080～0.651(P<0.01、P<0.05).Multiple Linear regression analysis showed that the degree of liberty and the social support eventually entered the regression equation.Conclusions:1.The military hospital nurses with good psychological resilience,but the number of high psychological resilience level is less.2.The most important influencing factor of psychological resilience was department,personnel type,late night.3.The whole work ability of military hospital nurses is good,and the level of occupational stress is high.4.The psychological resilience of nurses is highly correlated with the ability of work,and enchance the level of psychological resilience can positively predict their ability of work.However,the occupational stress of nurses was negatively correlated with the level of nurses’psychological resilience,and negatively predicted the psychological resilience.
