Objective: Colorectal cancer(CRC)is one of the common tumor in China,its incidence has increased with the lifestyle changes year after year.In recent years,the risk factors?diagnostic and prognostic factors for colorectal cancer has been extensively explored by domestic and foreign scholars,a large number of studies confirm that,carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate peptide antigen 125(CA125),carbohydrate peptide antigen 19-9(CA19-9)and carbohydrate peptide antigen 242(CA242),which were tested for hospitalized patients with suspected tumor marker routinely,have a higher reference value in the diagnosis of colorectal cancer.Nowadays the tumor marker has been a hot topic,but the positiveness of single TM is low in Diagnosis of Colorectal Cancer.In this article,we would investigate the clinical Significance of of Different Combination of Serum Tumor Marker carcino-embryonic antigen(CEA)?Carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)?Carbohydrate antigen 19-9(CA19-9)and Carbohydrate antigen 242(CA242)in Diagnosis of Colorectal cancer.Methods: We retrospectively analyzed 123 patients with Colorectal cancer from the Second Hospital of Dalian Medical University between January 2013 and October 2016.All patients were identified by pathology.Then we collected Clinical History,organized those dates and got the best combination of TM with the highest positive rate by comparing four indicators in patients with colorectal cancer of joint and single parameter test difference.The difference possessed statistical significance with P<0.05.In different combinations of tumor markers,the group was positive as long as there was one or more than one tumor marker was positive.Results: To detect one index,the positive rate of CEA?CA125?CA19-9 and CA242 was 25.20%?2.0%?12.20% and 12.20% respectively.The positive rate of CEA was the highest and had the statistical significance to compare with others(P<0.01).To detect two indexes,The positive rate of CEA+CA242 was the 29.27%,followed by CEA+CA199?CEA+CA125?CA199+CA242?CA125+CA199?CA125+CA242,and the positive rate of CA125+CA199?CA125+CA242 was lowest as 13.82%.The positive rate of CEA+CA242 had not the statistical significance to compare with CEA+CA125?CEA+CA199(P>0.05),but had the statistical significance to compare with others(P<0.01).To detect three indexes,The positive rate of CEA+CA125+CA242 was the 30.08%.It was the highest and had the statistical significance to compare with CA125+CA199+CA242(P<0.01),but had not the statistical significance to compare with CEA+CA199+CA242?CEA+CA125+CA199(P>0.05).Through comparing these groups,we conclude that the highest positive rate of each group was CEA(25.20%)? CEA+CA242(29.27%)? CEA+CA125+CA242(30.08%),and compared with CEA+CA125+CA199+CA242(30.08%),and there had not the statistical significance among them.In this study,We finally defined CEA+CA125+CA242 as the optical combination after fully considered efficiency and economic value.Then we analyzed and evaluated the clinical efficacy of CEA+CA125+CA242,and we find that there were no statistical significance among gender,age,tumor's form and depth of tumor invasion,but had statistical significance in those patients with distant metastasis compared with who had no distant metastasis.Also,the highest positive rate was Mucous adenocarcinoma,and had statistical significance to compare with other Histological type(P<0.01).Conclusions: To detect one index,the positive rate of CEA was better than CA125?CA199 ? CA242 in diagnosis of colorectal cancer.The combined detection of CEA?CA125?CA19-9 ? CA242 can improve the positive rate of diagnosis of colorectal cancer.The combined detection of CEA+CA125+CA242 is the optical choice.
