| Objective: This paper summarizes and analyzes complaint letters and commendatory letters collected by doctor-patient communication department in a Subsidiary Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University by the qualitative methods and quantitive methods as a whole,sifted out key factors,important factors and general factors that affected doctor-patient relationship;effective measure and suggestion to improve doctor-patient relationship have been put forward for the supply and demand.Methods: We collected 158 complaint letters and 260 commendatory letters during January 2010 to December 2015,as to high risk department we conducted a questionnaire survey.The content classification method was used for organizing qualitative data,main framework analysis for classified analysis.Sifted out key factors,important factors and general factors by pareto diagram.We used SPSS13.0 statistical software for data analysis;the relative number were adopted for statistical description;chi-square test were used for enumeration data.Results: Primary and secondary factors that influenced the reasons of medical disputes showed: the key factors were medical technology,communication and notification;important factors were medical ethics and treatment effect;general factors were service attitude,communication and notification.Primary and secondary factors that patients commend: the key factor was work style;important factors were medical technology and service attitude;general factor was medical ethics.Questionnaire showed that satisfaction of doctor-patient relationship of medical workers,patients and social member were 49.1%,28.4%and 30.2%.And the key factors that influenced harmonious physician-patients relationship developing were imperfect of medical,health and support system and doctor-patient dispute legal mechanism,ineffective doctor-patient communication,unequal distribution of medical resource.Conclusion: Based on patients’ view,medical workers should improve medical care and serves standards,strengthen the humanistic care,establish and improve the system of doctor-patient communication,promoting the doctor-patient relationship development.Medical workers thought that a legal authority of doctor-patient relationship problems should be established and increased input. |
