As is known to all.tea has anti-cancer effect.In the field of anti-cancer,former research mainly focused on the effects coming from green tea,black tea and dark tea,little research on Tieguanyin.In order to investigate the anti-cancer effect of Tieguanyin,the H22 liver cancer cell was used in this research.The effect of different concentration and different categories of Tieguanyin on the tumor suppression,whole blood picture,in:flammatory cytokines(ILla,RANTES,Axl,MIP-2),bioactive factors(IL-2,IL-4,IL-9,Foxp3,FasL,Perforin,Granzyme B,IL-17,VEGF,survivin,NF-?B),cell proliferation,cell apoptosis were discussed.The results were as follows:(1)The effect of different categories of Tieguanyin on tumor suppression of H22 tumor bearing miceIn this study,the different concentrations of Tieguanyin(the concentrations gradients were set to the tea/water as 1:100,1:50,1:25)and the different categories of Tieguanyin(including the tea/water of 1:50 proportion of clean flavor Tieguanyin,heavy flavor Tieguanyin,stale flavor Tieguanyin,dust of Tieguanyin,the tea/water of 1:12.5 proportion of fresh leaves of Tieguanyin and the tea/water of 1:250 of instant of Tieguanyin,high caffaine instant of Tieguanyin)were taken as the experimental materials,with cold boiled water as blank control,and 5-FU as positive control.The rates of inhibiting tumor were calculated by measuring the tumor weight,the effects of different treatments on tumor suppression were:1:50 group(53.29%),5-FU group(42.76%),1:25 group(35.53%),1:100 group(30.92%);the result on the effects of tumor suppression with different categories of Tieguanyin were:NongXiang group(71.05%),ChenXiang group(67.76%),ChaMo group(66.45%),GaoKa group(65.79%),Xianye group(59.87%),QingXiang group(53.29%),SuRong group(52.63%),5-FU group(42.76%).(2)The effect of different categories of Tieguanyin on whole blood picture of H22 tumor bearing miceAfter different concentrations of clean flavor Tieguanyin treatments,the total number of red blood cells,hemoglobin contents and red blood cells deposited were significantly increased.After different categories of Tieguanyin treatments,the total number of red blood cells,hemoglobin contents were extremely significantly increased,and red blood cells deposited was significantly increased in XianYe group and GaoKa group.The hemoglobin contents was extremely significantly increased,the total number of red blood cells and red blood cells deposited were significantly increased in QingXiang group,the total number of red blood cells,hemoglobin contents and red blood cells deposited were significantly increased in ChaMo group.Therefore different concentrations of clean flavor Tieguanyin,XianYe group,GaoKa group,QingXiang group and ChaMo group were conducive to increase blood hematopoietic function in mice,and the occurrence of anemia also could be alleviated or eliminated.(3)The effect of different categories of Tieguanyin on varieties of inflammatory factors of H22 tumor bearing miceAll of three different concentrations of Clean flavor Tieguanyin,XiangYe group,ChaMo group and GaoKa group decreased the level of Ax1 in tumor tissues,and showed extremely significantly difference among three concentrations of Clean flavor Tieguanyin and in XiangYe group,it achieved significantly different in other group.All of the 1:50 group,1:25 group,XianYe group,NongXiang group,ChenXiang group and ChaMo group decreased the expression level of MIP-2 in tumor tissues,and showed extremely significantly difference among in XiangYe group and in ChaMo group,it achieved significantly different in other group.The level of RANTES in serums were improved by both ChenXiang group and QingXiang group,and it achieved extremely significantly different in ChenXiang group,it showed significantly different in QingXiang group.(4)The effect of different categories of Tieguanyin on bioactive factors RNA expression in tumor tissueH22 cell apoptosis were promoted and tumor growth were inhibited by 1:25 group,ChenXiang group,ChaMo group,in which the expression of IL-2,IL-4,IL-9,Perforin,Granzyme B,Foxp3 were significantly increased.All of the 1:100 group,1:50 group,NongXiang group,GaoKa group and XianYe group had the effects on inhibiting neovascularization,inhibiting H22 cell proliferation and metastasis,promoting apoptotic signal transduction.Which due to that 1:100 group extremely significantly lowered the expression of survivin and significantly lowered the expression of VEGF and NF-?B,and the expression of survivin and NF-?B were extremely significantly lowered inl:50 group,the expression of VEGF,survivin and NF-?B were extremely significantly decreased in NongXiang group and GaoKa group,XianYe group extremely decreased the expression of VEGF and survivin were,and the expression of NF-?B was significantly reduced.The degree of inflammation was reduced,H22 cell apoptosis were induced and tumor growth were inhibited by SuRong group in which the expression of IL-4 and Perforin were extremely significantly increased,the expression of FasL was significantly increased,the expression of VEGF was significantly reduced and the expression of survivin was extremely significantly decreased.(5)Study on the effects of the different categories of Tieguanyin on inhibition of H22 hepatocarcinoma in vitro*With the different categories of Tieguanyin as experimental treatment,the cell proliferation and apoptosis were detected by MTT and Annexin V,the result showed all the different categories of Tieguanyin had the effects of inhibiting H22 cell proliferation.The apoptosis and necrosis of H22 liver cancer cells were promoted by the different categories of Tieguanyin.Among which it was appeared that the highest late apoptosis rate was in ChenXiang group,the highest early apoptosis rate was in GaoKa group,and the highest eell death rate was in Xian Ye group.
