Objective: In this study,the composite drug-loaded fiber scaffolds of BMP-2 and polygonal lactic acid-polycaprolactone were prepared by coaxial electrospinning,and their physical and chemical properties were studied.Methods: Firstly we use the way of coaxial electrospinning to make the SF/PLCL mixed solution fiber at the concentration of 8%,quality ratio of 30:70 as the scaffold solution using coaxial,And then we set the concentration of BMP-2 solution as 10?g/L as the core solution of the spinning material,After these,we use these two kinds of solution to make drug loaded fiber scaffold by using coaxial electrospinning.In this progress,after loaded fiber scaffold finished,the determinations of the physical and chemical properties of the fiber were made to observe the physical and chemical characteristics;Results:(1)Through the observing of scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy,the surface of the composite fiber we made by coaxial electrospinning was smooth and uniform in diameter,and has distinct three-dimensional network structure.And obvious core-shell structure could be tested,.(2)The contact angle test showed that the hydrophobicity of the poly-L-lactic acid-polycaprolactone was improved by binding to the silk fibroin and carrying growth factors.(3)The mechanical properties of the experimental group showed no significant difference in the mechanical properties between the fiber membrane with the core-shell structure of experimental group and the fiber membrane of the control group,and the mechanical properties we tested reach the mechanical properties of the scaffold material.The aggregation of BMP2 does not have a negative impact on this performance.(4)The results of X-ray diffraction show that the polymerization of BMP-2 does not have a great influence on the molecular structure of the material,and the material properties are stable.Conclusion: BMP2-SF / PLCL composite fiber scaffolds were successfully prepared by coaxial electrospinning technology,and the core-shell structure was obtained.The physical and chemical properties of BMP2-SF / PLCL were basically achieved.Tissue engineering fiber membranes carrying growth factors provide ideas and some basic data for the application and development of tissue engineering.
