| Objective: A review of the literature on rehabilitation of fracture extension,and provide a theoretical reference for the construction of software,field research status and characteristics of senile fracture rehabilitation,provide demand for software module construction;design mobile intelligent terminal software based on the interaction of elder fracture rehabilitation training.Methods: Through literature analysis and retrieval research on continuous rehabilitation nursing intervention after fracture in the database,and the year of publication,journal distribution,first author information,research content were analyzed;search APP Store and Google Play market and fracture rehabilitation software,summary list the functional characteristics;through quantitative and qualitative research method of combining the convenience sampling from Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical College 88 postoperative elderly patients with fracture as the research object,the application effect and evaluation tool to assess the status of rehabilitation training;qualitative interviews of elderly patients with fracture and I stakeholders: Department of orthopedics,doctors,nurses,caregivers a total of 25 people,rehabilitation physicians,rehabilitation of patients with senile fracture analysis experience,provide software tasks demand;through the continuation of the fracture of literature review,investigation combined with the needs of elderly fracture rehabilitation training situation,the introduction of IMB(Information-MotivationBehavioral Skills Model)theory,designing mobile intelligent terminal software based on the interaction of elder fracture rehabilitation training.Results: Screening of database literature,there are 18 articles met the inclusion criteria.The analysis found that the number of continuation of fracture rehabilitation literature gradually increased exponentially,2010;study design to control test.There are more interventions in various forms,but by the lack of in-hospital and out-hospital systematic.Accessibility and interactive retrieval application.A total of 18 APP were included from mobile phone market in the analysis,4 of them from Google Play,2 from App Store,12 in the two application market can be searched.5 software updates in the past 6 months,6models of software in recent year update;9 APP can be used for free.5 APP is part of the supplement,not found in elderly patients as rehabilitation intervention group.A total of 88 questionnaires were distributed with 73 valid,and the effective rate was 85.88%.29 cases were male,44 were female,mean age68.07±6.36 years old.Femoral fractures were the most common,accounting for 52.1%.Recovery of physical function status:basic independent patients accounted for only8.2%,the psychological function of the average score was 0.549±0.256,mild anxiety.In the overall level of social support score,average score higher than in-family support and out-family support,out-family support and social support and physical function rehabilitation significant(P<0.05).Comparison shows that the recovery of physical function status of different social demographic characteristics,gender,age,education rehabilitation training software,and focus on interactivity in the software design of the dominant position.Conclusion: Outside the hospital fracture rehabilitation nursing intervention system,lack of continuity,accessibility and interactivity,in meet the rehabilitation needs of patients.The rehabilitation APP downloads showing small,slow update on the whole,the lack of expertise,the characteristic is not strong,for the user's health benefits are unknown,no for home rehabilitation of elderly patients with fracture of APP.Elderly patients with fracture rehabilitation training effect is poor,the
