| Objective:The efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese herbal injections combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of pancreatic cancer were analyzed by meta-analysis.Method:Key words such as pancreatic cancer,eddie injection and shenqi injection were searched through Pubmed,Cochrane Library,EMBASE.com,Web of Science,China Knowledge Network,Wanfang database the database of conference/dissertations,and other databases published before October 2017.The literature of all Chinese herbal medicine injections combined with chemotherapy for pancreatic cancer was retrieved.According to the established inclusion exclusion criteria,the RevMan5.3 software was used to evaluate the quality of bias risk in the randomized controlled trials(RCTs)by using the Cochrane risk bias assessment tool.Finally,R language is used for system analysis.Results:A total of 279 articles were retrieved and 24 articles that met the criteria were included by exclusion and screening.There were 1524 patients and 7 kinds of traditional Chinese herbal injections.The results of RevMan5.3 software analysis showed that the literature quality was not high and there was a risk of moderate bias.The results of Meta analysis show:①Chinese herbal injections combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of pancreatic cancer with efficiency analysis,the heterogeneity is low,using a fixed effects model.The integration effect after the integration of the value of 2.3491,95%CI[1.8468;2.9878](Z=6.96,P=0.001),a statistically significant effect of the experimental group is better than that of the control group,the publication bias is small,and the sensitivity is low and by subgroup analysis on traditional Chinese herbal injections,found the highest effect of Yadanziyouru injection,followed by Huachansu injection,Fufangkushen injection is lowest.② The analysis of the clinical yield of Chinese herbal injections combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of pancreatic cancer showed that the literature heterogeneity was low,the fixed effect model was needed,and the effect value was 2.4746,95%CI[1.9023;3.2191].The effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the publication bias was very small.The sensitivity was low.By subgroup analysis of Chinese herbal injections,it was found that the effect value of Yadanziyouru injection was the highest,followed by Huachansu injection and Shenqi injection.③ The analysis of bone marrow suppression of pancreatic cancer treated by Chinese herbal injections combined with chemotherapy showed that the the literature heterogeneity was low,the fixed effect model was needed,and the effect value was 0.3882,95%CI[0.2752;0.5475],the difference was statistically significant.The bone marrow suppression in the.experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The results of subgroup analysis showed that Yadanziruyou injection reduce bone marrow inhibition best,followed by Aidi injection and Shenqi injection.④The analysis of pain symptoms of Chinese herbal injections combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of pancreatic cancer showed that the literature heterogeneity was high,and the random effect model was needed,and the effect value was 2.5797,95%CI[1.7082;3.8957].The difference was statistically significant.By subgroup analysis of Chinese herbal injections,the curative effect of Fufangkushen injection was better than that of Kanglaite injection.⑤The KPS analysis of pancreatic cancer patients treated with Chinese herbal injections combined with chemotherapy showed that the literature heterogeneity was low.the fixed effect model was needed,and the effect value was 3.0944,95%CI[2.2452;4.2648].The difference was statistically significant,the publication bias was very small,and the sensitivity was low.The subgroup analysis of Chinese herbal injections showed that Fufangkushen injection had the best effect followed by Kanglaite injection and Kangai injection had the worst effect on improving KPS in pancreatic cancer patients.Conclusions:Firstly,Chinese herbal injections combined with chemotherapy can improve the effective rate and clinical yield of pancreatic cancer patients to a certain extent,improve the physical strength of patients,reduce bone marrow suppression,and relieve pain symptoms of patients.Secondly,in the selection of Chinese herbal injections,according to the treatment effective rate,the order is Yadanziruyou injection,Huachansu injection,Kangai injection,Aidi injection,Kanglaite injection,Shenqi injection,Fufangkushen injection;According to the clinical benefit rate,the order is Yadanziruyou injection,Huachansu injection,Aidi injection,Kanglaite injection,Fufangkushen injection,Kangai injection,Shenqi injection;and according to the effective degree of reducing bone marrow suppression,the order is Yandanziruyou injection,Aidi injection,Kanglaite injection,Kangai injection,Shenqi injection;according to relieving pain symptoms,the curative effect of Fufangkushen injection is better than that of Kanglaite injection;according to the improvement of physical strength,the order is Fufangkushen injection,Huachansu injection.Kanglaite injection,Kangai injection. |
