| Objective:Observe kechuanping granule treating asthmatic bronchitis with cold shuts the lung type the patient's clinical curative effect,and to observe the curative effect of TCM syndrome of asthmatic bronchitis.At the same time,the serum IL-4?TNF-??IL-10 and IL-17 in peripheral blood of children before and after treatment were detected.To discuss the effect mechanism of kechuanping granule on children's asthmatic bronchitis with cold shuts the lung type and provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of this drug.Methods:Choose between December 2016 and December 2016 pediatric clinic in our hospital during the period of children with asthmatic bronchitis(cold shuts the lung type),a total of 40 cases were randomly divided into two groups,each group 20 cases,control group to conventional western medicine treatment,On the basis of the treatment of the control group,the observation group was given the oral administration of kechuanping granule,total treatment for 7 days.After treatment,the differences of TCM syndrome differentiation and major symptom changes were observed in two groups of children.At the same time,the serum IL-4?TNF-??IL-10 and IL-17 level,and blood routine,liver and kidney function,and the routine of blood routine,liver and kidney were examined before and after treatment.The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical efficacy of kechuanping granules in the treatment of asthmatic bronchitis in children and to discuss the mechanism of its treatment.Results:1.Comparison of total score of TCM Syndrome:After treatment,the total scores of TCM syndromes in two groups of asthmatic bronchitis patients were all lower than those before treatment,the difference was significant(p<0.05),and the score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(p<0.05).It is suggested that all two groups can significantly improve the symptoms and signs of asthmatic bronchitis(cold shuts the lung type),but the observation group is better than the control group.2.Comparison of the main syndromes of traditional Chinese Medicine:The scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were all lower than those before treatment.The difference was significant(p<0.01 or p<0.05),indicating that the two groups of treatment can significantly improve the main symptoms and signs of TCM in children with asthmatic bronchitis(cold shuts the lung type).After the treatment of two groups of asthma symptom score were compared,no significant difference(p>0.05);observation group of children with cough,expectoration and wheeze score decreased significantly better than the control group,significant difference(p<0.05).It is suggested that the observation group can improve the cough,expectoration and wheezing sound of the children better than the control group,but it can not improve the asthma symptoms more obviously.3.Comparison of total clinical efficacy:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 80%.The total effective rate of the two groups was compared.The difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),indicating that the two groups were effective in the treatment of asthmatic bronchitis(cold shuts the lung type),and the observation group was better than the control group.4.Levels of inflammatory related factors in peripheral blood serum : The two groups after treatment of serum IL-4,TNF-a and IL-10 levels were significantly lower than those before treatment,the level of IL-17 increased significantly,the differences were statistically significant(p<0.05),and observe the change of the level of observation group than the control group more obviously,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).It is suggested that the kechuanping granule may have the effect of inhibiting the inflammation and regulating the immunity.5.Safety observation:No adverse drug reactions were observed during the treatment.1 cases of vomiting occurred in the control group,and 1 cases in the observation group had transient diarrhea.At the same time,the two groups of children before and after the treatment of blood routine,two stool routine and liver and kidney function were not abnormal.It shows that kechuanping granule are safe and reliable for thetreatment of children with asthmatic bronchitis(cold shuts the lung type).Conclusion:1.kechuanping granule can effectively improve the symptoms and signs of the children in the treatment of asthmatic bronchitis,and the effect is safe and effective.2.On the basis of routine treatment of Western medicine,combined Kechuanping therapy can make children cough,cough,sputum and other symptoms and lung signs to better improve.3.Kechuanping inhibits inflammatory reaction in asthmatic bronchitis children by inhibiting the level of inflammatory factors,which may be related to the regulation of Th1/Th2 and Th17/Treg immune imbalance. |
