Objective:The main task is to study the distribution of coronary heart disease confirmed by coronary angiography combined with TCM syndrome type and the number of patients with type 2 diabetes physicochemical indexes,so as to explore the internal relations between the two;and analyze the correlation between the syndrome and coronary artery disease,to provide a theoretical reference for the clinical diagnosis and prevention and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:(1)From 2012 01 to December 2016,300 patients who met the requirements of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of traditional Chinese medicine were selected as the subjects.(2)Referring to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria of coronary heart disease and type 2 diabetes,we screened qualified cases by our chief physician with rich experience of TCM,and corrected their TCM syndromes.(3)300 cases of the original data were recorded into the Excel system, and the correlation was analyzed with SPSS17.0 software. Results:Part one Statistical analysis of clinical physicochemical data:1.General information: there were significant differences in the distribution of age, sex, body mass index and the duration of diabetes between 300 patients(P<0.05).2.Biochemical indicator: the disease within 5-10 years of LDL-C and TC were respectively with more than 10 years of LDL-C and TC were statistically different(P<0.05);the average level of FBG,2hPG and HbA1 C in different stages of distribution were not statistically significant(P>0.05);within 5 years and 10 years INR,TT,APTT and PT distribution were statistically significant(P<0.05);CK,CK-MB,MYO,the distribution of CTNI in various stages and there was also no significant difference(P<0.05).3.Coronary artery lesions: This study found that the number of coronary arterylesions gradually increased along with the further development of the disease, and its distribution was statistically significant in all stages of disease(P<0.05).4.Elements and syndromes of TCM syndrome: the single syndrome factor,Qi deficiency, yin deficiency, blood stasis, phlegm and four occurred most frequently;and the syndrome, the statistics found the distribution ratio to two Qi and yin deficiency syndrome,Qi deficiency and Phlegm Blood Stasis Syndrome of Yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome is the highest of the three. This is the three card type of a total of 300 cases.Part two Correlation analysis of syndrome type and various indexes1.General information: there was no significant difference in gender distribution between different syndromes(P>0.05).There was a statistical difference in the distribution of different syndromes in different age groups, body mass index and duration of diabetes mellitus(P<0.05).2.Biochemical indicators: the distribution of TC and TG in the group of qi deficiency and phlegm stasis and yang deficiency and blood stasis group were significantly higher than that of Qi and yin deficiency group,by comparison had statistical significance(P<0.05),the distribution of LDL-C in Qi deficiency and phlegm stasis group is significantly higher than that of Qi group level;and the level of classification of HDL-C syndrome is basically no the influence and has a significant impact;HbA1c classification of TCM syndromes(P<0.01);Yang deficiency and blood stasis group of patients with INR levels than Qi group decreased significantly(P<0.05);and the distribution of TCM syndrome classification shadowless troponin levels.3.Coronary artery lesions: coronary artery disease is mainly changed by single disease. The proportion of qi deficiency, phlegm and blood stasis group is significantly higher than the other two groups. It is confirmed that each syndrome has a significant internal correlation in the distribution of coronary artery lesions(P<0.01).
