| Objective: To observe the effect of auricular acupuncture "Shenmen","heart" and "subcortical" and "sympathetic","kidney" in the treatment of heart kidney incoordination insomnia after sleep improvement,suggesting that ear acupuncture can improve heart kidney disharmony type insomnia patients sleep qualityMethods: 72 patients with heart kidney incoordination insomnia patients according to the random control method,divided into treatment group and control group,36 cases in each group,treatment group were treated with auricular acupuncture treatment,control group was treated with zaorenanshen capsule by Pittsburgh score(PSQI)and TCM symptom score scale observation change of sleep of patients before and after treatment.Conclusion: Acupuncture with auricular therapy "heart kidney incoordination" insomnia is more obvious than the effect of oral zaorenanshen capsule in the treatment of insomnia,worth further clinical study and promotion.To a certain extent,the above results indicate that acupuncture at auricular points is convenient and safe for patients with insomnia of heart and kidney,and can significantly improve sleep quality. |
