Study On The Effect Of Moxibustion Combined With Auricular Point Pressure On Qi Deficiency In HIV/AIDS Patients

Objective:To observe 68 cases of HIV/AIDS patients with moxibustion and ear patch treatment,explore the effect of moxibustion and auricular point pressure combined therapy and its clinical effect,to provide a treatment for HIV/AIDS patients with easy access and compliance.To provide new ideas and new methods for clinical effective treatment.Content:To observe the changes of clinical indicators of moxibustion combined with auricular acupuncture in the treatment of HIV/AIDS patients.Through the treatment before and after the treatment of TCM qi deficiency quality transformation,Symptom integration,Karnovsky Score,WHO-HIV survival quality table and the changes of CD4+T lymphocyte count in peripheral blood were analyzed.To evaluate the clinical effect of moxibustion and auricular point pressure acupuncture on the treatment of HIV/AIDS patients.Method:68 cases of HIV/AIDS patients who met the inclusion criteria were met,according to the random number table method,34 cases were divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with moxibustion and auricular point pressure acupuncture on the basis of HAART therapy.The control group was treated only with HAART.The acupoints selected by the treatment group are as follows:Shenque acupoint,Guanyuan acupoint,Zusanli acupoint;Ear acupuncture point:Heart,liver,spleen,lung,kidney,endocrine,sympathetic,subcortical,Shenmen.Comparative observation of the two groups before and after the treatment of qi deficiency in TCM,Symptom integrals,Karnovsky Score,WHO-HIV survival quality table and the changes of CD₄⁺T lymphocyte count in peripheral blood.Result:Treatment of two groups of six months after the Qi deficiency of qualitative transformation,Symptom integrals,Karnovsky Score,WHO-HIV survival quality table,there were statistically significant differences between the two groups（all P<0.05）,The clinical efficacy treatment group was superior to the control group;The CD₄⁺T lymphocyte count in both groups increased,However,there was no significant difference between the groups（P>0.05）.Conclusion:Based on HAART,moxibustion combined with auricular point pressure therapy was applied,the level of CD₄⁺T lymphocyte count in patients was not better than that of simple HAART treatment.But it is superior to simple HAART therapy for regulating Constitution of Traditional Chinese Med-icine,improving symptoms and improving quality of life.
