Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis With Intra-articular Injection Of Sodium Hyaluronate Combined With Oral Administration Of Juanbi Decoction

Objectives:To observe the clinical effect of sodium hyaluronate joint cavity injection combined with Wen Shen Juan Bi Decoction in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,and to explore the effectiveness and feasibility of traditional Chinese medicine for knee osteoarthritis.Method:Seventy-five non-surgical knee osteoarthritis patients admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to August 2019 were selected and divided into control group ?(n = 23)and control group ?(n = 21)according to random number method.),Treatment group(n = 31).The control group ? was treated with sodium hyaluronate alone,the control group ? was treated with pure Zhibi Decoction,and the treatment group was treated with combination therapy.All three groups of patients were treated continuously for 35 days.Observe the clinical efficacy of the three groups of patients,JOA scores before and after treatment and six months of follow-up,pain and joint activity,TCM syndrome scores,hospitalization costs and time,blood factor levels [interleukin-1(IL-1),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-?(TNF-?),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(Hs-CRP),metastatic growth factor-?(TGF-?)],adverse reactions.Results:1.After the end of treatment,3 months and 6 months after treatment,the major syndromes,secondary symptoms,and total points of the three groups were lower than before treatment(P <0.05);Control group ? and control group ?(P <0.05).2.After treatment,3 and 6 months after treatment,the JOA and joint activity scores of the three groups were higher than before treatment,and the joint pain scores were lower than before treatment(P <0.05);and the JOA and joint activity scores of thetreatment group were lower.And joint pain scores were higher than those in control group ? and control group ?(P < 0.05);3.After treatment,3 and 6 months after treatment,the levels of IL-1,IL-6,TNF-?,Hs-CRP,and LDH in the three groups were lower than before treatment,and the levels of TGF-? were higher than those in treatment.Before(P <0.05);after treatment,3 months and 6 months after treatment,the levels of IL-1,IL-6,TNF-?,Hs-CRP,and LDH in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group ? and the control group ?,and the level of TGF-? was higher than those of control group ?and control group ?(P < 0.05);4.The clinical effective rate of patients in the treatment group was higher than those in the control group ? and ?(P < 0.05);5.There was no significant difference in the total hospitalization costs of patients in the treatment group,control group ? and control group ?(P > 0.05);the total length of hospitalization was significantly lower than that in control group ? and control group ?(P < 0.05);6.There were no significant differences in adverse reaction rates among the three groups of patients(P> 0.05).Conclusion:Wen Shen Juan Bi Decoction combined with sodium hyaluronate joint cavity injection is an effective treatment for knee osteoarthritis,which can effectively improve clinical symptoms,blood factors,reduce hospitalization time,and has high safety.
