Objective:To summarize the experience of the PRPT treatment by analyzing the factors affecting the prognosis of PRPTs.Methods:Collected the basic informations of patients who had been treated in Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery of Shandong Provincial Hospital between Jan 1st 2005 and Dec 31th 2015.Summarize the treatment experience of the PRPT tumor by analyzing the detailed data of the patient’s hospitalization.Results:111 patients with PRPT were admitted in the study.Ofthe 111,59 patients were male and 52 were female. The ratio of male to female was 1.13:1.The age range of patients was from 17 to 77 yesrs old.The mean age was 48.2±13.5 years 63/111(56.8%)were benign. The total resection rate is 98/111(88.3%)and incomplete 13/111(11.7%).97 cases were followed up and the rate is 87.4%,Median follow-up time was 52.5 months.Benign tumor complete resection rate was 62/63(98.4%),incomplete 1/63(1.6%).57/63(89%)of benign patients were followed-up and 8 cases of them were dead caused by other reasons.Malignant tumor complete resection rate was 36/48(75%),incomplete 12/48(25%),42 cases were followed up and 2 of them are still alive now,1,3,5 years’ survival rate was 84.5%、48.7%、17.9%.14 of 48 patients with malignant tumor were multi-visceral resection.Multi-factor analysis showed that sex, whether it was completely resected, tumors’ maximum diameter, whether invading other organs were the independent risk factors.Among them, the number of liposarcoma is relatively high,We analyze it separately. The 1,3,5 years’survival rate of Liposarcoma after been integrallty resected were 100%、71.4%、42.9%,incompleted resection were 66.7%、16.7%、16.7%.Multi-factor analysis showed that the size of the tumor and whether it was completely resected were independent prognostic factors.Conclusion:1.It was the wide space of the retroperitoneal and atypical clinical symptoms that made it hard to be perceived and easily been neglected and it would be hard to be resected when they were found for metastatic. In order to make a good prognosis, the patients should be subjected to regular physical examination.2.It would be helpful for the patients to be checked on time by B-mode ultrasonographic,CT,MR,especialyfor the Liposarcoma.3.The main factors influencing the PRPT prognosis were the the size of tumor, whether it is recidivation, invasion or not and whether the tumor is completely excised.Operation is the main treament to the diease and combining other therapies such as CT and RT and interventional therapy and molecular targeting treatment would be more effective.4.Compared to the benign PRPTs,the maligiant had a poor prognosis whose 1,3,5 years’survival rate were 84.5%、48.7%、17.9%.5.The patients with intraoperative hemorrhage, blood transfusion volume, preoperative nutrition were easier to be infected。...
