Research On The Quality Of Processed Products And Specification Grade Of Paeoniae Radix Alba In Bozhou

Objective:1.By combing the existing standards for the classification of Radix Paeoniae Alba commodity standards and combining the current status of circulation and sales of Radix Paeoniae Alba medicinal herbs and decoction pieces from the market and companies,a more reasonable method for classifying product specifications of Radix Paeoniae Alba in Bozhou medicinal herbs and decoction pieces that meets market circulation is proposed.2.Use the seven chemical constituents of Gallium gallate,Paeoniflorin,Paeoniflorin,Paeoniflorin,1,2,3,4,6-pentamorphoyl glucose,and benzoyl glycoside from Radix Paeoniae Alba as indicators and combine appearance traits to enrich the quality evaluation system for Radix Paeoniae Alba in Bozhou and provide the basis for the proposed grading standards for Radix Paeoniae Alba in Bozhou commodity standards.3.Through the establishment of a quality evaluation system to verify the best preparation technology of Radix Paeoniae Alba in the earlier stage of the research group,to further evaluate the feasibility of Radix Paeoniae Alba processing technology,and to provide a basis for the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine and the use of processed products.4.Inverstigate and set quality control standards for packaging and storage of Radix Paeoniae Alba in Bozhou medicinal herbs and decoction pieces to provide guidance for the packaging and storage of Radix Paeoniae Alba in Bozhou and ensure the quality of Radix Paeoniae Alba in Bozhou.Methods:1.The established quality evaluation system of Radix Paeoniae Alba in Bozhou and used to analyze the different grades of Radix Paeoniae Alba in Bozhou medicinal herbs and decoction piece.The lengths and mid-diameters of Radix Paeoniae Alba in Bozhou were studied.2.Establish a method for ultrasound extraction and traditional standard decoctions of the modern pharmacopoeia of different processed products of Radix Paeoniae Alba in Bozhou and determine the content of seven chemical components.The results of the determination were analyzed by clustering methods.3.The appearance and paeoniflorin,paeoniflorin gallic acid were used as evaluation indicators to analyze the quality changes of Radix Paeoniae Alba in Bozhou medicinal herbs and decoction piece in different packaging materials and different storage environments.Results:1.The determination results of Chinese medicinal materials content in different grade Radix Paeoniae Alba in Bozhou,The highest level of Paeoniflorin was found in the first-class,followed by the second-class,and uns Tab levels of Paeoniflorin in the third-class and gradeless and uniformly-priced goods.2.The contents of peoniflorin in the first-class,second-class,third-class and gradeless and uniformly-priced goods of radix paeoniae alba in bozhou prepared drug in pieces are 2.621%~3.491%,2.33%~3.185%,2.285%~3.187% and2.415%~3.216%,respectively.The highest level of Paeoniflorin was found in the first-class,followed by the second-class.The content of third-class paeoniflorin is the lowest.The content of the gradeless and uniformly-priced goods paeoniflorin is between first-class and third-class.The highest level of gallic acid was found in the first-class,followed by the second-class.The contents of gallic acid in third-class and the gradeless and uniformly-priced goods are uns Tab.3.The results of raw and processed products of Paeonia lactiflora in bozhou of modern Pharmacopoeia determination show that the content of the ingredients in stir-baked Radix Paeoniae Alba with vino and stir-baked Radix Paeoniae Alba are different from the traditional standard decoction of herbal medicine.The content of paeoniflorin in stir-baked Radix Paeoniae Alba with vino was increased,however the content of paeoniflorin in the standard decoction of herbal medicine of stir-baked Radix Paeoniae Alba basically showed a decreasing trend.The increase of paeoniflorin content in stir-baked Radix Paeoniae Alba with vino,The contents of paeoniflorin,albiflorin and benzoylpaeoniflorin in the standard decoction of herbal medicine of stir-baked Radix Paeoniae Alba with vino were all higher than those of the raw Radix Paeoniae Alba.4.Radix Paeoniae Alha Materials and Radices Paeoniae Alba prepared herbal medicine in small pieces ready for decoction with different packaging materials in normal temperature environment,as well as Radix Paeoniae Alha Materials and Radices Paeoniae Alba prepared herbal medicine in small pieces in different storage conditions,were monitored for 8 months,the changes of its appearance,moisture and 3 kinds of content were small and s Tab.Conclusion:1.The established standards for Radix Paeoniae Alba in bozhou commercial specification and grade standard reflects the inherent quality of Radix Paeoniae Alba in bozhou to a certain degree.It also provides the basis for the contact between the grade of and Radix Paeoniae Alba in bozhou and internal quality.2.The establishment of the 7 components of Radix Paeoniae Alba in bozhou content determination method is accurate and s Tab,which further validated the feasibility of the process of pre-harvest processing of Radix Paeoniae Alba in bozhou,and at the same time reflected the difference in the composition of ultrasonic extraction between the traditional pharmacopoeia and the traditional standard decoction,To provide a basis for the clinical research and application of Radix Paeoniae Alba in bozhou and its processed products.3.Radix Paeoniae Alba Bozhou and prepared drug in pieces during
