1.Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of post-stroke sleep disorders and the changes in 5-HT,NA and Ach neurotransmitters in patients with post-stroke sleep disorders by using electroencephalogram ultra slow fluctuation analyzer.To study the effective scheme,operative method and clinical mechanism for the treatment of post-stroke sleep disorder.To provides rigorous and reliable clinical data for the treatment and research of post-stroke sleep disorders.2.Method Forty patients with post-stroke sleep disorder were randomly divided into treatment group(Moxibustion therapy n = 20)and control group(Acupuncture therapy n = 20).Both groups were given routine treatment in neurology,treatment group was given moxibustion Baihui,Yongquan treatment.the control group was treated with routine acupuncture,one treatment per day,continuous treatment for 4 weeks as a course of treatment,6 times a week.Evaluation of effectiveness of PSQI scale Hamd before and after treatment,to appraise of the Clinical efficacy of the two groups objectively.Before and after treatment,the relative content of neurotransmitter 5-HT-Ach NE was evaluated once by using EEG ultra-slow fluctuation analyzer to detect the changes of neurotransmitters before and after treatment.SPSS19.0 was used to carry out statistical analysis and objective evaluation of its effectiveness.3.Result Before treatment,the scores of PSQI and HAMD in the two groups were compared(P >0.05),and the two groups were comparable.Before and after treatment,there was significant difference(P < 0.01).There was significant difference between the two-groups after treatment(P < 0.01).Before treatment,the two groups of 5-HT,NA and Ach neurotransmitters were compared with P>0.05,and there was no difference in the two groups,and it was comparable.Before and after treatment,there was significant difference(P < 0.01).There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P < 0.01).4.Conclusion The treatment group(moxibustion treatment)and control group(acupuncture)were able to regulate sleep disorders after stroke,improve the sleep quality of patients,and moxibustion therapy is better than conventional acupuncture;moxibustion and acupuncture can regulate 5-HT,NA,Ach and other neurotransmitters in the brain activity signals,and the moxibustion treatment is superior to conventional acupuncture treatment.
