Purpose:Based on the retrospective study on the clinical cases of Professor Xie Jingri's previous diagnosis and treatment of constipation,the rule of diagnosis and treatment of his constipation and the characteristics of his medication were summarized,and his academic thinking and experience were summarized.Method:From December 2015 to December 2017,the clinical cases with"constipation" as the main factor were included in the study,and the clinical cases were analyzed by retrospective study.Research on the following two aspects:1.Incorporation of cases,including:comparison of disease nature and incidence,comparison of sex and disease nature of constipation patients,age distribution of patients with constipation,Comparison of the nature of diseases in different age groups and past diagnosis and treatment.2.Analysis of the situation of Professor Xie Jingri's diagnosis and treatment of constipation,including the comparison of syndrome differentiation and classification,the rule of medication for constipation treatment,and the evaluation of therapeutic effect.Results:1.The study included 1516 cases,There were 277 cases of acute constipation(18.27%of all patients),1239 cases of chronic constipation(81.735%),1287 cases of functional constipation(84.89%)and 229 cases of organic constipation(15.11%).2.All the cases were diagnosed as 19 syndromes.For the sake of statistical analysis,they can be classified into nine categories,of which dampness stagnation syndrome and blood stasis syndrome are the syndromes not included in the guidelines.3.The rate of treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is not the same in different age groups.The utilization rate of TCM in patients under 15 years old was 97.85.The rate of TCM treatment was the highest.While that of patients aged 36-55 years was 88.38%.The utilization rate of TCM was the lowest.4.In the choice of prescriptions,appropriate prescriptions are often chosen according to the specific conditions of syndrome differentiation,including the classical prescription,Shi Fang,and Professor Xie Jingri's experience,and it is an important feature to add or subtract according to the needs of the disease.5.After one week of treatment,the return rate and effective rate of functional constipation were 97.28%and 96.44%,and those of the patients with organic constipation were 86.17%and 93.21%.After one month of treatment,the return rate and effective rate of functional constipation were 87.73%and 98.22%,and those of the patients with organic constipation were 70.21%?84.09%.One month after the end of treatment,the return rate and effective rate of functional constipation were 75.95%and 95.12%,and those of the patients with organic constipation were 60.64%and 78.95%.Conclusion:1.When treating constipation,Professor Xie Jingri,no matter functional constipation or organic constipation,on the basis of definite diagnosis,will give appropriate treatment plan according to specific conditions.2.The characteristics and the degree of urgency of the disease,and the age of the patient are all the important basis for diagnosis.3.In the diagnosis of constipation,Professor Xie Jingri adopts the method of stratified diagnosis.Firstly,the characteristics of the disease are diagnosed by "eight principles",Finally,the diagnosis of zang-fu organs to determine the location of the disease,so as to determine the specific use of drugs.4.Professor Xie Jingri has corresponding prescriptions for constipation with different syndromes,but insists on the principle of syndrome differentiation and emphasizes individualized treatment.5.No matter functional constipation or organic constipation,there is therapeutic effect during treatment.
