| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of generalized anxiety disorder(GAD)treated by Shu and Yuan acupoints under the guidance of TCM theory, and then to study and explore the clinical methods and mechanisms of treatment for generalized anxiety disorder. Methods:Sixty patients with generalized anxiety disorder who met the research criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases each. The treatment group selected:Ganshu,Xinshu,Pishu,Fuyinshu,Shenshu,Taichong,Shenmen,Taibai,Daling,Taixi;control group selection:Baihui,Shenting,Sishencong,Yintang,Benshen,Shenmen,Neiguan,Sanyinjiao. The two groups of patients were treated once a day, with a needle for 40 minutes,a needle every 20 minutes,a weekly rest period, and a 5-week course of treatment. Before and after the treatment, the Hamilton Anxiety Scale was used.Anxiety self-rating scales were assessed once to determine their efficacy. The clinical data obtained were statistically analyzed using SPSS 17.0 software.Results:1.After the course of treatment, the total effective rate of Hamilton score reduction was 93.33%and 76.66%,respectively,compared with that before treatment, suggesting that the overall efficacy of Shu and Yuan Pointing method was significantly better than conventional acupuncture(P<0.05).2.After the course of treatment, compared with before treatment, the scores of patients with HAMA were lower than before treatment(P<0.01),suggesting that both Shu and Yuan acupuncture can significantly reduce the score of HAMA improve patient anxiety.Compared with the control group, the decline in the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.01),suggesting that the overall efficacy of Shu and Yuan Pointing method was significantly better than conventional acupuncture.3.After the treatment course, compared with before treatment, the scores of patients with SAS scale were lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),suggesting that the combination of Shu and Yuan acupuncture methods can significantly reduce the SAS score of patients, improve patient anxiety.Compared with the control group, the decline in the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.01),suggesting that the overall efficacy of Shu and Yuan Pointing method was significantly better than conventional acupuncture.Conclusion:1,Shu and Yuan points acupuncture and conventional acupuncture treatment of GAD patients, can significantly reduce the score of the HAMA and SAS scale, and improve its clinical symptoms.2.The therapeutic effect of Shu and Yuan with acupoints on GAD patients is superior to conventional acupuncture.3,Shu and Yuan points with the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder patients with clinical curative effect,is an effective method for the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder,it is worthy of clinical promotion. |
