| Objective:To explore a new way of clinical treatment for post-stroke anxiety disorder by observing the clinical efficacy of the yuan-source points and collateral-points combination combined with the emotional brain for the treatment of post-stroke anxiety disorder. Methods:The enrolled 60 patients were divided into experimental and control groups of 30 patients each according to the random number table method. All patients received routine symptomatic and supportive treatment after stroke.Meanwhile, patients in both groups were given oral anti-anxiety drug Seroxat(Paroxetine hydrochloride tablets: SK&F,10 mg once a day, changing to 20 mg each time after 4 days, once a day). The control group was treated with the emotional brain acupuncture method. In the experimental group, four acupoints of bilateral Shen Men,Da Ling,Zhi Zheng and Wai Guan were acupunctured on the basis of the treatment in the control group.Acupuncture was performed twice a day,6 days a week,2 weeks as a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment.Observation index:(1)Before treatment,at the end of one course of treatment and at the end of two courses of treatment, the efficacy of HAMA,SAS,and MBI were applied to evaluate the patients.(2)The scores of somatic anxiety factor and psychogenic anxiety factor included in the HAMA scale were analyzed in detail.Results:1.The HAMA total score,SAS,MBI and HAMA scales included the comparison of somatic anxiety factor and neurotic anxiety factor. After a course of treatment, the curative effect within the group was compared. The score of the two groups was improved compared to before treatment, there was the statistical significance,P<0.05;the curative effect between the groups was compared, and the differences between the treatment group and the control group were compared for the neurotic anxiety factor score in the MBI and HAMA scales, there was no the statistical significance,P>0.05.The differences in the HAMA total score, somatic anxiety factor score of the SAS and HAMA scales between the two groups were compared, there was the statistical significance,P<0.05.2.After two courses of treatment, the curative effect within the group was compared. The score of the two groups was improved compared to after a course of treatment, there was the statistical significance,P<0.05;the curative effect between the groups was compared, and the differences between the treatment group and the control group were compared for the neurotic anxiety factor score in the MBI and HAMA scales, there was no the statistical significance,P>0.05.The differences in the HAMA total score, somatic anxiety factor score of the SAS and HAMA scales between the two groups were compared, there was the statistical significance,P<0.05.3.Compared with clinical efficacy: after two courses of treatment, the total effective rate in the treatment group was 86.67%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 73.33%,which was statistically significant,P<0.05.The clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.The yuan-source points and collateral-points combination combined with emotional brain acupuncture and simple emotional brain acupuncture were both effective in post-stroke anxiety disorders.2.The yuan-source points and collateral-points combination combined with emotional brain acupuncture group was better than the simple emotional brain acupuncture group in improving patients’ anxiety disorders.3.The yuan-source points and collateral-points combination combined with the emotional brain acupuncture group was particularly effective in improving the patients’ somatic anxiety. |
