| Objective:To observe the difference between scalp acupuncture and common acupuncture in the treatment of thalamic pain in convalescent stage of apoplexy, the therapeutic effect of scalp acupoint cluster acupuncture on thalamic pain in convalescent stage of apoplexy was studied through a comparative study, which provided the objective basis and effective method for clinical treatment of thalamic pain in convalescent stage of apoplexy. Methods:A randomized single-blind method was used to divide 62 patients into treatment group and control group with 31 cases in each group. All patients were treated with routine basic treatment and secondary prevention according to the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of Cerebrovascular Diseases. The treatment group was treated with scalp acupuncture and the control group with common acupuncture. The patients in the two groups were treated once a day for 40 minutes, acupuncture for 6 days per week, rest for 1 day,and continuous treatment for 4 weeks.Visual analogue scales,short-form of McGill pain questionnaires and emotional scores were assessed before and after treatment, and the incidence of adverse events and adverse events during the treatment period was observed. All the data were analyzed by SPSS22.0 statistical software.Results:(1)Before and after treatment, there were significant differences in the scores of SF-MPQ and es between the two groups(P<0.05).These two methods can improve the symptoms of pain and emotion in the patients with thalamic pain in convalescent stage of apoplexy.(2)After 4 weeks of treatment, the scores of SF-MPQ and es in VAS scale were significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05),which indicated that the effect of scalp acupuncture on improving the symptoms of patients with thalamic pain in convalescent stage of apoplexy was better than that of traditional acupuncture.(3)After treatment, the symptoms of thalamic pain in the two groups were improved to varying degrees, but there were obvious differences in the clinical comprehensive curative effect analysis:the clinical recovery rate was 9.7%,the markedly effective rate was 45.2%and the total effective rate was 83.9%in the treatment group, while in the control group, the clinical recovery rate was 3.2%,the markedly effective rate was 19.4%and the total effective rate was 71.0%.The results of Wilcoxon test showed that the total effective rate of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),which indicated that the effect of scalp acupuncture on improving the symptoms of patients with thalamic pain in convalescent stage of apoplexy was better than that of common acupuncture.(4)Safety observation:there were no obvious side effects such as halo needle, curved needle, hematoma, broken needle and so on.Conclusion:1.Scalp acupuncture method and normal acupuncture method can improve the clinical symptoms of the patients with thalamus pain in different degrees.2.The scalp acupuncture group is more effective than the common acupuncture method, and can obviously improve the pain symptoms of the patients.3.Cluster needling of scalp acupuncture is safe and safe without any adverse reactions. It is worthy of clinical application. |
