Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Climacteric Syndrome With Acupuncture And Medicine

Objective:To observe and compare the clinical curative effect of acupuncture combined with the treatment of climacteric syndrome,and in three groups before and after treatment of hormone level,domestic Index modified Kupperman score table and menopausal Syndrome（TCM）analysis scale and other indicators,to provide basis for the clinical application of combined acupuncture and medicine in treating climacteric syndrome.Methods:90 cases of climacteric syndrome were randomly divided into acupuncture group,traditional Chinese medicine group and acupuncture group（n=30）.The acupuncture group received conventional treatment,Acupoint selection of basic points:Baihui,Shenshu,Guanyuan,Sanyinjiao,Taixi,dialectical point selection:heart kidney incoordination adds heart Yu,Shenmen,neiguan;Deficiency of Spleen Yang and kidney yang,spleen yang,Zusanli.According to the international standard of acupoint location.Routine acupuncture,horizontal reinforcing and reducing.The treatment time and treatment period:for 30mins,each 10min line 1 times,1 times a day,10 times for 1 course of treatment,treatment breaks2d.The Chinese medicine group:the use of drugs according to the provisions of the"People’s Republic of China"Pharmacopoeia of 2000 edition,the geoherbs,prescription drug composition of Astragalus 30g,malt 15g,Radix Pseudostellariae 10g,angelica 10g,Radix Paeoniae Alba10g,Rehmannia glutinosa10g,Rhizoma Chuanxiong 9g,Radix Curcumae 10g,Anemarrhena 10g,Zhigancao 6g.The recipe for the Department for the treatment of menopausal Syndrome,heart kidney incoordination and polygala root,Achyranthes root;Yin deficiency of liver and kidney and Ligustrum lucidum,Mo Hanlian;Yang deficiency of Spleen and kidney with dodder,eucommia bark from the Third Hospital of Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Department of pharmacy prepared into granules,Sooner or later the 100ml,taking 30 days.The acupuncture group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture for 30 days.Observe the effect after one month.After treatment,the changes of clinical Symptoms and Sex hormone levels in three groups and between the 2 groups were observed and compared.Results:After 30 days of treatment,the acupuncture group total effective rate was 68.97%,the Chinese medicine group total effective rate was 73.33%,total effective rate of treatment group was 93.33%.acupuncture group,the serum level of E₂ in traditional Chinese medicine group and acupuncture group,FSH,LH reduced the level of sex hormone levels than before treatment improved.Acupuncture group and E2 LH is better than the acupuncture group and Chinese medicine group（P<0.05）,acupuncture group FSH decreased and acupuncture group,Chinese medicine group had no significant difference（P>0.05）.The acupuncture group and acupuncture group,KI symptom score results of the traditional Chinese medicine group（P<0.05）,the difference was statistically Compared with the acupuncture group and the acupuncture group,the scores of the menopause syndrome（TCM）rating scale（P<0.05）were statistically significant in the acupuncture group and the acupuncture group.Conclusion:Acupuncture,syndrome curative effect combined with traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture and Chinese medicine treatment of menopause,but acupuncture combined with clinical symptoms of climacteric syndrome improved better.
