| Objective:To compare the advantages and disadvantages of differentiated thyroid carcinoma patients with minimally invasive surgery and traditional surgery for central lymph node dissection and explore the clinical value of minimally invasive surgery. Methods:From January 2016 to December 2016,70 cases of differentiated thyroid cancer patients of the General Surgery Department in our hospital after surgical operations were divided into two groups, according to different surgical methods were divided into two groups, namely the traditional surgery group(n=42),minimally invasive surgery group(n=28).Traditional surgery group were treated by traditional surgery for central lymph node dissection, minimally invasive surgery group were treated by laparoscope surgery for central lymph node dissection, the two groups of patients with operation time, bleeding volume, drainage volume,in hospitalization time and complications were compared in hospital.Results:70 cases of differentiated thyroid carcinoma surgery with no failures. In the operation time, drainage volume and subcutaneous emphysema incidence, minimally invasive surgery compared with traditional surgery group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);in hospitalization time, bleeding volume, the sound changes and dysdipsia minimally invasive surgery compared with traditional surgery group, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:In patients with differentiated thyroid cancer of central lymph node dissection, the operation effect and the complication rate of minimally invasive surgery is equivalent with traditional surgery, the minimally invasive surgery has the advantages of mild postoperative pain, beautiful incision,so the minimally invasive surgery can be popularized and applied in clinical practice. |
