The Clinical Application Of Self-attack Implant In The Immediate Loading

Objective: Research the medical application effect of the self-attack implants on immediate loading,so that we can shorten the treatment period and simplify the operation process,and meanwhile,reduce the fear of the patients.Methods: Select 15 tooth-missing patients who are the best adaptation disease during Jan.2015 to May.2017 among our dental clinic patients as my researching subjects;including 5 cases as the experimental group:45 self-attack implants were implanted with tension wrench at 45 Ncm,and got a good initial stability during the implanting;at the same time,test the RFA(resonant frequency analysis)of every implant by OSSTELL ISQ equipment,make sure the RFA is above 70 and then implanted immediately loading.45 implants were immediately loading,while 4 were delayed loading;in the control group,in the same way,the 4 implants which were delayed loading in the experimental group and 10 cases which were implanted 45 implants also delayed loading.All the patients came back to have the implants checked by X-ray or CT in 3 month,6months and 12 months to find whether the bone was absorbed or not,the implants were loosening or not.Meanwhile,tested the ISQ of every implant,evaluate the effect of the self-attack implant in the immediately loading.Results:(1)One implant was taken out in the experimental group because of loosening,the success ratio was 97.78%.The average ISQ were 70.9,71.3,73.8 and 76.9.(2)In the control group,one implant was taken out because of loosening,the success ratio was 97.78%,the average ISQ were 66,67.9,71.7 and 75.7.(3)Both the experimental and control group implants have good stability after surgery,no loosening nor inflammation,nor obvious bone absorption.Conclusions: This research shows that there is not obvious difference between immediately loading and delay loading to get a good healing effect by using self-attack implants.We should select the best adaptation disease on the immediately loading cases while we use the Self-attack implants,If we follow certain principles in the operation process and prosthesis design,we can instantly satisfy the immediate function and aesthetic needs,and do not affect the implant bone bony union ratio.
