| Background:Chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)with intestinal metaphase(IM)is a common disease of clinical digestive system,which is recognized as the precancerous lesion of gastric cancer(PLGC)due to its characteristic of easy canceration.It becomes one of today’s difficult diseases because of the reason that its etiology and pathogenesis is mixed and complicated and it causes great harm on patient’s body and mind.Western medicine usually adopts the strategies of promoting gastrointestinal motility,inhibiting acid,protecting gastric mucosa and so on.In recent years,found that antidepressants have a certain effect on the disease,but the effect is not obvious.It can not be fundamentally cured.In recent years,remarkable achievements have been made in the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.In the past,doctors made a comprehensive discussion on the etiopathogenisis,prevention and control strategies,mechanism of action of CAG,and made great strides.Traditional Chinese medicine,which was confirmed by a large number of basic and experimental studies,gives play to the advantages of Syndrome differentiation and tongbingyizhi,it can not only relieve the symptoms of patients,reduce the recurrence rate,but also make a significant effect on reversing intestinal metaplasia of gastric mucosa,and make a positive contribution to the prevention and treatment of gastric cancer.It is only by looking for the pathogeny that can achieve good curative effect.However,the cognition of this disease,each doctor is too subjective.How to unify and standardize the views of various scholars,and then develop a traditional Chinese medicine prescription,it is worth exploring and studying.Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of yiqichanghua formula in the treatment of spleen and stomach weakness(cold)type of CAG with IM,that in order to be popularized in clinic.Xie Jianguo,who has been in medicine for more than 40 years,dabbles in medical books.He is superior to others and proficients in the study of cancer and precancerous lesions.He promoted the academic view of zhengxiepingheng and tacit survival with tumour by the method of yiqifuzheng in China and abroad.Xie Jianguo combined with his forty years of clinical experience,summed up that liver depression and spleen kidney Yang deficiency affect the transportation of middle-jiao and lead to blood stasis and phlegm turbidity,the moisture,and qi stagnation,which are the key pathogenesis of IM.Therefore,this paper also summarizes the experience of professor Xie Jianguo in the treatment of the disease from liver depression and Yang deficiency,and provides experience and reference for clinical research and application in the future.Inherit traditional Chinese medicine culture.Methods:1,From November 2015 to April 2017,60 patients were admitted by the expert outpatient department,and Western medicine diagnosed them as CAG with IM,and Chinese medicine divides them into the spleen and stomach weakness(cold)type by syndrome differentiation combined with four diagnostic parameters.30 patients in the treatment group were treated with yiqichanghua formula,and 30 patients in the control group were treated with weifuchun,excluding environmental,climate and other factors.Continuous treatment for 6 months,compared the clinical symptoms,endoscopic and pathological changes of patients before and after treatment through the clinic and telephone follow-up.2,Summarize the knowledge and experience of professor Xie Jianguo and pass on his academic views.Results:Research results show that the therapeutic effect of yiqichanghua formula on the treatment of spleen and stomach weakness(cold)type CAG with IM was significant,in the improvement of the symptoms,or endoscopic and pathologic results were better than weifuchun group.Above two groups have significant differences(P<0.05).At the same time,by summarizing Professor Xie Jianguo’s academic view on this disease,we know that liver depression and Yang deficiency have a significant impact on this disease with the changing times.Conclusion:Yiqichanghua formula is not only significant to improve the symptoms,but also improve the endoscopic and pathological aspects,improve the quality of life of patients,and it is worth promoting clinical use.In addition,treating CAG with IM from liver depression and Yang deficiency should be highly valued by researchers. |
