Objective: Through the interpretation of X-ray film, select 10 teeth with curved root canal, both with microscope and WaveOne Gold for root canal treatment, and observe its efficacy. Methods:In patients with pulpitis or apical periodontitis diagnosed from 2015 to 2017,10 curved root canals were selected by X-ray film.Under a microscope,DG-16 probe to find the root canal,ProGlider File+EDTA to clear the root canal,WaveOne Gold canal preparation and rinse with a 2.5% NaOCl solution, ultrasonically clean the root canal, dry it,and then introduce the root canal. The gutta-percha or hot tooth gel is used for root filling, and the root-filled X-ray film is photographed. The X-rays indicate that the fluid is filled and the tooth crown is finally restored. The patients were followed up for half a year and one year after treatment, and X-rays were taken for prognosis. Results:The root canals of all 10 teeth had different degrees of flexion, including 2retreated teeth.Through the combination of a microscope and WaveOne Gold nickel titanium crucible, all 10 teeth successfully completed the root canal preparation, and finally filled tightly.,And no lateral wear, device separation and other complications, according to the recent evaluation criteria,10 patients with asymptomatic teeth after treatment. One year later, the return visit was normal, and the X-ray showed that the lesions healed well.According to the long-term efficacy evaluation criteria,10 teethwere successfully treated. Conclusion : In the process of root canal treatment, the use of the microscope significantly increased the success rate of different types of difficult root canal treatment, reduced the rate of removal of teeth, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
