Clinical Observation Of Rule Of Blade Needle Combined With Floating Needle For The Treatment Of The Third Lumbar Transverse Process Syndrome

Objective:Compared blade needle therapy,floating needle therapy,blade needle combined with floating needle therapy,observed the differences in clinical efficacy of these therapy in the treatment of the third lumbar transverse process syndrome,discussed the mechanism of the treatment of this disease by using blade needle combined with floating needle,provided an effective treatment way for patients with the third lumbar transverse process syndrome.Method:90 cases of the third lumbar transverse process syndrome patients,according to the random number table,being divided into blade needle group,floating needle group,blade needle combined with floating needle group,30 cases in each group.Observed and recorded scores of every items of JOA low back pain rating scale scores,VAS pain scale score,then assessed the clinical curative effect based on the score by SPSS 21.0.Result:1.Compared with before-treated,the after-treated results of VAS score and JOA low back pain rating scale in the three groups were statistically significant(P <0.05).2.After the treatment,compared with floating needle group,blade needle group and blade needle combined with floating needle group scored more at VAS score and subject symptom,clinical signs,limited daily activities in JOA low back pain rating scale.Compared with rule of blade needle group,rule of blade needle group combined with floating needle group scored more(P <0.01).3.The effective rate in floating needle group was 89.3%,the effective rate in blade needle group was 85.2%,it was 96.4% in blade needle combined with floating needle group.The three groups were statistically significant in the curative effect(P <0.01).4.There was no statistical difference in the safety of the three groups after treatment(P>0.05),it shows that the three treatments are safe for the treatment of the third lumbar transverse process syndrome.Conclusion:The three ways to treat the third lumbar transverse process syndrome is not only safe and reliable,but also has good clinical effect.It can effectively relieve pain and improve symptoms,signs and functional activities of patients.Blade needle combined with floating needle obtained more clinically effective.
