| Objective To observed the clinical effect and safety of Jiawei Jiaotai decoction in the treatment of heart and kidney disjoint insomnia.Methods On the base of standard 80 cases patients were randomly average divided into treatment group(n=40),control group(n=40).The control group was given alprazolam tablets and the treatment group was treated with Jiawei Jiaotai decoction on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment in both groups was 3 weeks.Before and after treatment,the changes of PSQI,TCM syndrome scale of heart and kidney disjoint insomnia and the score of respiratory monitor were observed before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated.Results(1)comparison of clinical efficacy: the total effective rate was 94.73 in the treatment group and 75.67 in the control group(P<0.05).(2)PSQI score:After treatment,the PSQI scores of the two groups showed a downward trend,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and compared with the control group,the scores of sleep quality,sleep disorder,hypnotic drugs,daytime dysfunction and total score were compared.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The effective rate of improving sleep quality was 92.10% in the treatment group and 72.97% in the control group(P < 0.05).(3)TCM symptom score: the treatment group can improve the sleeping time of TCM syndrome,sleep difficulty,upset,heart palpitations and dreams,dizziness and tinnitus,mental malaise,weak waist and knee,hot flashes and night sweats,five upset heat,Compared with before treatment,there were significant differences in the total score and dry pharynx(P<0.05).The control group had significant difference in sleep time,difficulty in falling asleep,upset,palpitations,dreams and total score(P<0.05),the sleep time was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the control group and the control group(P< 0.05).Difficult to fall asleep,upset,many dreams of heart palpitations,dizziness and tinnitus,depressed spirit,weak waist and knee,hot tide and night sweat,five upset heat,dry pharynx and total score,The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),which indicated that the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving TCM symptom,the effective rate of improving TCM symptom in the treatment group was 90.10%,and that in the control group was 70.27%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)The score of polysomnography index: the scores of each factor in the two groups showed a downward trend,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05)compared with that before treatment,and compared with the control group,the scores of sleep latency,arousal time and times of microarousal were significantly higher than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion(1)Jiawei Jietai decoction combined with alprazolam tablet has more advantages than western medicine alone,clinical efficacy and TCM syndromes.(2)PSQI score and TCM syndrome score and respiratory sleep monitor quantitative jiaweijiaotaitang combined with Alprazolam Tablets to improve heart kidney disharmony type insomnia patients rated significantly better than the single use of Alprazolam Tablets.(3)Jiawei Jietai decoction combined with alprazolam tablet has no obvious adverse reaction in the treatment of heart and kidney type insomnia,and it has good safety. |
