| Objective: This project takes patients with cardiorenal insomnia as the research object,and observes the clinical efficacy of intraumbilical ring point combined with Jiawei Jiaotai Pill in the treatment of cardiorenal insomnia,in order to provide new ideas and methods for the combination of acupuncture and medicine in the treatment of cardiorenal insomnia.Methods: The 72 patients with cardiorenal insomnia who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into 36 cases in the treatment group and 36 cases in the control group.The control group was treated with Jiawei Jiaotai Pill,1 dose per day,divided into 2 times,200 ml each time,warm after morning and dinner,and continuously taken for 4 weeks.The treatment group added acupuncture to the umbilical inner ring point on the basis of the control group,and took acupoints: the inner umbilical ring point(heart,liver,spleen,kidney,lung)and the symptomatic matching point(if it is difficult to fall asleep,add bilateral Shenmai and Zhaohai;Those who are upset and palpitated,add bilateral Shenmen;Dizziness,tinnitus,waist and knee soreness,plus bilateral Taixi),leave the needle for 30 minutes.Treatment is performed 1 time per day,5 consecutive days of treatment is 1 course of treatment,each course of treatment is followed by a break of 2 days,and 4courses of continuous treatment.The observation indicators include Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Athens Insomnia Scale(AIS),and TCM Syndrome Score Scale.Both groups were statistically analyzed after the end of the four courses of treatment,and the clinical efficacy differences of the two groups were compared,and the improvement of clinical symptoms of patients with cardiorenal insomnia in the two groups was evaluated.Results: Of the 72 cases included in this study,66 completed all treatment and 6 were dropped,including 3 in the treatment group and 3 in the control group,and finally included in the statistical analysis of 66 cases,33 in the treatment group and 33 in the control group.1.Comparison of baseline data: the baseline data of subjects such as gender,age,and disease course of the two groups before treatment showed no significant difference(all P>0.05),indicating clinically comparable.The pre-treatment efficacy observation indexes of the two groups were compared:PSQI,AIS,and TCM syndrome score scales were statistically compared,and the differences were not statistically significant(all P>0.05),indicating clinically comparable.2.Comparison of observation indicators of patients in the two groups:the comparison of PSQI,AIS,and TCM syndrome score scales before and after treatment in the two groups was P<0.05,indicating that both therapies in the treatment group and the control group could effectively improve the insomnia symptoms of patients with cardiorenal insomnia.After treatment,the P values of PSQI,AIS and TCM Syndrome Scale scores(all P<0.05),which was statistically significant.It was shown that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the symptoms of cardiorenal insomnia.3.The overall efficacy evaluation judged: 6 cases were cured,15 cases were effective,9 cases were effective,and 3 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 90.10%;In the control group,3 cases were cured,10 cases were effective,13 cases were effective,and 7 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 78.79%.The total effective rates of the two groups were statistically analyzed,and the results showed that the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).It was indicated that the clinical efficacy of the treatment group in the treatment of cardiorenal insomnia was better than that of the control group.Conclusion: The clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with Jiawei Jiaotai Pill in the treatment of cardiorenal insomnia is definite,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of insomnia patients,and is safe and has no side effects,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application. |
