Objective:Through the Clinical study of proximal needling Ashi point combined with electroacupuncture and compared with the conventional acupuncture to treat chronic lumbar muscle strain,in order to explore a convenient and effective clinical treatment for chronic lumbar muscle strain. Methods:Selected 60 patients with chronic lumbar muscle strain.Divided into treatment group and control group. Each group was 30 cases with random grouping.Treatment group was treated with proximal needling Ashi point combined with electroacupuncture, and control group was treated with General acupuncture.Observed the clinical effect.Results:1.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97%,and 90%in the control group. And the deference between two total effective rates had a statistically differences(P<0.05).2.The comparison between the two groups detected statistical significance on BRS-6,clinical sign and Oswestry standards in pre-treatment and post-treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:1?The proximal needling Ashi point combined with ele ctroacupuncture and conventional acupuncture are better than the pre-tre atment in the BRS-6,clinical sign and Oswestry standards.2?In BRS-6,the proximal needling Ashi point combined with electroacupuncture is superior to the rountine.3?In,clinical sign and Oswestry, the proximal needling Ashi point combined with electroacupuncture is better than the rountine.4?The clinical efficacy of proximal needling Ashi point combined with electroacupuncture stays ahead of rountine acupuncture. |
