Objective:This project adopts a randomized controlled study to explore the clinical effect of meridian acupuncture combined with massage in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis,so as to provide new ideas for clinical treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods:All the 60 cases were from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of TCM rehabilitation an outpatient and wards with periarthritis of shoulder,and meet the inclusion criteria.According to the principle of random distribution,the treatment group was divided into treatment group(acupuncture combined with massage)and control group(oral Ibuprofen Sustained-Release Capsules,Western Medicine).The number of cases in two groups was 30 cases.The treatment group were treated by using acupuncture combined with massage,each time for 30 min,1 times a day,6 treatments per week,Saturday rest,1 weeks for a course of treatment,a total of 3 courses of treatment.The control group was given Ibuprofen Sustained-Release Capsules for 3weeks at a time of 0.3g/qd.Each group of patients after treatment,every day climbing circle,his hands are inserted,palms upward arms upward and backward stretching and functional exercise of shoulder joint.In 60 patients before and after treatment received Constant-murley shoulder score,the patients with P(pain),ADL(daily activity level,hand position),ROM(shoulder flexion,abduction,adduction,flexion,and external rotation,internal rotation)statistical score,the difference between the two treatments.Results:(1)The age,sex and course of the two groups were statistically tested.The results showed no significant difference,and P>0.05 was comparable.(2)Constant-murley shoulder score: through statistical tests,the two groups before and after Constant-murley shoulder score treatment significantly(P<0.05),showed that two kinds of treatment methods to improve the curative effect of periarthritis clinical symptoms were better,the difference was statistically significant;Constant-murley score of shoulder joint score after treatment treatment group than the control group increased significantly,there was statistical significant differences(P<0.05).(3)Curative effect: the treatment group meridian acupuncture combined with massage on scapulohumeral periarthritis in 30 patients after the treatment,8 cases were cured,16 cases markedly effective,4 cases effective,2 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 93.33%;the control group of 30 cases of periarthritis of shoulder with Ibuprofen Sustained-Release Capsules oral treatment,2 cases were cured,6 cases markedly effective,15 cases,7 cases were invalid,the total effective rate was 76.66%.The clinical efficacy of two groups of patients after treatment was analyzed by Ridit analysis,P=0.0001<0.05.There was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group.The results showed that acupuncture combined with massage was superior to Ibuprofen Sustained-Release Capsules in the treatment.Conclusions:(1)Two groups of scapulohumeral periarthritis are effective,oral Ibuprofen Sustained-Release Capsules in the treatment of shoulder pain is superior to the treatment group,while acupuncture combined with massage therapy is better than the control group in improving the pain of periarthritis of shoulder and the comprehensive effect of functional activity.(2)This topic through the clinical practice and research show that meridian acupuncture combined with massage therapy for periarthritis of shoulder curative effect,is better than oral Ibuprofen Sustained-Release Capsules,can relieve the pain caused by the periarthritis of shoulder joint,expand the range of activities,improve the quality of life of patients,it is worthy of wide application in clinic.
