Observation Of Nursing Effect On Cervical Spondylopathy Treated By Traditional Chinese Medicine Collapse And Infrared Radiation

ObjectiveWe used epidemiological methods to observe the clinical effect and long-term effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with infrared radiation in nursing of cervical spondylosis.Expound the significance of traditional Chinese medicine combined with infrared radiation in the treatment of cervical spondylosis and the maintenance of curative effect,which provides new techniques and strategies for nursing care of cervical spondylosis.Methods100 patients with cervical spondylosis were collected from a 3A Chinese medicine hospital in Harbin and divided into three groups with random design.They were treated with infrared irradiation,traditional Chinese medicine collapse stains,and combined therapy of the both methods.Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),Northwick Park Neck Pain Questionnaire(NPQ)and the MOS 36-Item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36)were used to evaluate the patients before and after treatment.Results1.VAS and NPQ were improved in all the groups after treatment(P<0.05).2.There was significant difference in therapeutic effect between infrared group and combination group,collapse stains group and combination group(P<0.05),but there was no difference between infrared group and collapse stains group(P>0.05).3.There was a negative correlation between the score of curative effect and SF-36 in the three groups(P<0.05).Conclusion1.All the three treatments have curative effect on cervical spondylosis which can improve the clinical symptoms and relieve pain.2.Traditional Chinese medicine collapse stains combined with infrared radiation has better therapeutic effect on patients than other single treatment methods.3.There is a negative correlation between patients’ pain score and life quality evaluation.That is to say,the lower the patient’s pain is,the higher the life quality scores are,in other words,the better the treatment effects,the higher the level of life quality is.
