Clinical Study On The Effect Of Acupuncture Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine Collapse On Nerve Root Type Cervical Spondylosis (blood Stasis Syndrome)

Purpose: Observe and evaluate acupuncture clinical curative effect of treatment of cervical spondylosis for nerve root type with traditional Chinese medicine collapse stains therapy,and compare with the curative effect of simple acupuncture.Material and method:From March 2015 to December 2016 in Affiliated Hospital of the Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine bone subject l treatment of 162 patients with cervical spondylosis of nerve root type,Single divided into 3 groups randomly,With Chinese medicine group using acupuncture collapse stains therapy,the control group using acupuncture therapy or Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)collapse stains therapy,treatment for 2 weeks.On three groups of patients before and after 2 weeks treatment,treatment after 3 months follow-up of VAS score,statistical analysis and evaluation on the symptoms score and curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine.Results: All patients among them there was 1 case fall off because of skin allergy causes as cases,2 case for using other medication and 3cases due to lost to fall off,eventually into the statistical analysis of 156 cases,52 cases of treatment group and control group(1)of 50 cases,control group(2)of 54 cases.156 patients obtained after full course of follow-up data,comparison between the Three groups P values < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Using acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)collapse stains therapy to treat cervical spondylosis of nerve root type has significant curative effect,more significant than the simple application of the clinical curative effect of acupuncture treatment,can get better purpose of clinical cure.
