Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture therapy on ovarian reserve function of blood-type ovarian chocolate cysts, and to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical application of acupuncture treatment for the decrease of ovarian reserve function. Methods:In this study,32 patients with bloody type ovarian chocolate cysts whose main purpose of ovarian function decline was treated in the gynecological clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2016 to June 2017 were treated with acupuncture treatment.During the process,2 patients fell off because of their own reasons.Acupuncture points include Guanyuan,Diji,Uterus,Tianshu,Zhongji,Xuehai,Ciliao,Taichong,Taixi,Zusanli,Sanyinjiao and Qihai.Among them, bilateral acupuncture points are bilaterally acupunctured.Acupuncture 3 times per week, each lasting 30 minutes,1 menstrual cycle is a course of treatment, treatment 3 menstrual cycle,a total of 3 courses.Observe the clinical comprehensive curative effect, dysmenorrhea efficacy after treatment, serum FSH level before and after treatment,FSH/LH value, basic AFC,E2 level,TCM symptoms, dysmenorrhea symptoms, and the maximum diameter of ovarian chocolate cyst.Results:1.After 3 courses of treatment, the total effective rate of clinical comprehensive efficacy of 30 patients was 63.33%,and the total effective rate of dysmenorrhea was 80%.2.After 3 courses of treatment, the baseline FSH,FSH/LH were significantly lower than before treatment,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant. The baseline AFC increased significantly compared with before treatment,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.3.After 3 courses of treatment, the baseline E2 of the patients did not increase significantly compared with before treatment,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.4,After 3 courses of treatment, the symptoms of TCM and dysmenorrhea were significantly improved before treatment,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.5.After 3 courses of treatment, the maximum diameter of the patient's sac was significantly smaller than before,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture treatment can significantly relieve dysmenorrhea symptoms and reduce TCM syndrome scores.2.Acupuncture treatment can improve ovarian reserve in patients.3.Acupuncture treatment can reduce the patient's mass.
