Objective:To record the changes of each indicators(SDNN,RMSSD,TP,LF,HF,LF%,HF%,LF/HF)of patients with heart rate variability(HRV)of different time periods through acupuncture Neiguan point(PC 6)on the left of patients with acute cerebral infarction and observe its effects on the patients with heart rate variability,in order to evaluate cardiac autonomic nerve function in patients with acute cerebral infarction, which can provide a basis for the clinical application of acupuncture in the treatment of cardiac autonomic nervous dysfunction after cerebral infarction. Methods:A total of 30 cases of inpatients with cerebral infarction(male:19 cases,female:11 cases)were selected in the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from April 2017 to January 2018 with the average age 64.62±5.35(from the age of 50 to 75)and the average course of disease 11.36±1.92 days(from 7 to 14 days).Neiguan point(PC 6)on the left was chosen to acupuncture using medilog(?)AR12 dynamic electrocardiograph recorder to monitor the indicators of HRV.SDNN,RMSSD,TP,LF,HF,LF%,HF%,LF/HF were measured 5 minutes before acupuncture,at the time of Deqi(the arrival of qi),hand-manipulating of needle time(10 minutes after acupuncture),the time of withdraw the needle and 5 minutes after withdrawing the needle. The analysis of variance analysis and non-parametric test of repeated measurement data were carried out by SPSS 22.0 software package to study the changes of HRV 5 minutes before acupuncture,at the time of Deqi,hand-manipulating of needle time, the time of withdraw the needle and 5 minutes after withdrawing the needle.Standard mean deviation(X±S)was used for measurement data for statistical analysis.Repeated measurement data analysis of variance was for normal distribution data statistical method, and the normal distribution took the repeated measurement data analysis of variance through mathematical transformation, transformation accord with normal distribution of data.First,Mauchly’s sphericity test was done. The single-factor variance analysis of repeated measurement data under general linear model was adopted(P>0.05)and the degree of freedom is corrected for not satisfied with the football symmetry condition(P<0.05),with Greenhouse-Geisser.If the normal and homogeneity were not satisfied after logarithmic transformation,non-parametric test was adopted. The difference was significant with statistically significance(P<0.05).Results:1.Time domain indexes of HRV:SDNN improved(P<0.05)at hand-manipulating of needle time than before;there was no significant RMSSD change before and after acupuncture(P>0.05).2.Frequency-domain indexes:The changes in value of comparison of TP in the 5 time points(P>0.05);HF.LF and HF%at the time of acupuncture,hand-manipulating of needle time, the time of withdraw the needle and 5 minutes after withdrawing the needle reduced significantly than before(P<0.01);there was no RMSSD change before and after acupuncture in LF%(P>0.05);LF/HF at the time of acupuncture,hand-manipulating of needle time, the time of withdraw the needle and 5 minutes after withdrawing the needle increased significantly than before(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.Acupuncture Neiguan point(PC 6)on the left side can inhibit the vagus nerve activity of patients with acute cerebral infarction.2.Acupuncture Neiguan point(PC 6)on the left side can help recover to equilibrium heightening sympathetic nerve activity in patients with acute cerebral infarction.3.Acupuncture Neiguan point(PC 6)on the left side can also regulate the activity of vagus nerve and sympathetic nerve of patients with acute cerebral infarction.
