Objective To study the expression of tumor suppressor gene(Tip30)in human intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma and its adjacent tissues, and to analyze the relationship between Tip30 gene and clinicopathological factors of ICC,and to study the relationship between Tip30 gene and viral hepatitis and intrahepatic cholelithiasis in patients with ICC.Methods Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of Tip30 protein products in 47 cases of ICC and paracancerous tissues.Combined with clinicopathological data, the correlation between Tip30 gene and the pathological staging of ICC,lymph node metastasis, tumor size, tumor differentiation and other pathological features was analyzed. At the same time,we discussed the independent factors of ICC(intrahepatic bile duct stone, chronic hepatitis B,etc.).)Statistical processing of the experiment:SPSS 17.0 software was used to complete the experiment(P<0.05)it was considered that there was statistical significance. Results The positive rates of Tip30 in ICC tumor tissues and adjacent tissues were 45.45%and 72.34%respectively,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no correlation between Tip30 expression and sex, age, tumor size and tumor differentiation.CA19-9(P>0.05).There was a correlation between lymph node metastasis and TNM staging in ICC(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the expression of Tip30 in the independent risk factor subgroup of ICC(intrahepatic cholelithiasis,HBV infection). Conclusion 1.Tumor suppressor gene Tip30 is associated with the occurrence and development of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma.2.The expression of Tip30 gene in ICC was independent and not affected by hepatolithiasis and viral hepatitis.
