Explore The Relationship Between EGFR-TKI-associated Rashes Andclinical Features And Related Factors

Objective: A retrospective study was conducted on the relationship between egfr-tki related skin rashes and clinical features.And to look for factors that influence the occurrence of EGFR-TKI-associated rashes.Methods: A total of 162 patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma who were positive for EGFR mutations during the period from 2017-1-1 to2017-12-20 in Sichuan Provincial Tumor Hospital were recruited.Among them,60 patients were treated with gefitinib.Seventy-five patients received ethatinib and 27 patients received erlotinib.The use of statistical methods to explore the relationship between EGFR-TKIs-associated rashes and clinical features and to look for factors that influence the occurrence of EGFR-TKI-associated rashes.Results: Among 162 patients with oral EGFR-TKI,the incidence of rash was approximately 55.00% for gefitinib,about 38.67% for ethinib,about74.07% for erlotinib,and Incidences of rash for erlotinib.> Gefitinib> Ectinib(P=0.001<0.05);The incidence of skin rashes aged...
