With the development of information technology,“micro class”,“mooc” and “flipped classroom” have been increasingly applied in China to adjust to the development of modern education and students' demands,no exception for higher vocational college.Fundamental Nursing is a comprehensive applied subject for Nursing profession in vocational colleges.The objectives of teaching the course is not simply transferring knowledge and skills to students.Besides it is essential that teachers enable students to expand and sublimate knowledge after interalization,and form knowledge contrstruction.However,practical teaching effect is disappointing because of poor time arrangement,teacher's lack of clinical experience,poor environment of training room,limitation of teaching conditions and so on.This thesis aims to boost practical teaching quality by changing teaching methods.It mainly adopts the literature research method,the action research method,the investigation research and the observation method.After analyzing the course,a practical mode of the Flipped Classroom which meets the teaching requirements of Fundamental Nursing should be established with the help of a developed online teaching platform called Lanmo Online Course.Moreover individual case of Flipped Classroom should be designed,which combines micro video and MOOCs with teaching model of Flipped Classroom.In addition,a variety of teaching methods should be employed in practical teaching,such as scene leading-in,role playing method,lead through teaching,discussion method.All these means can provide a Flipped Classroom environment based on mixed learning and perform three rounds of action research on practical teaching of Fundamental Nursing.The thesis shows that the flipped classroom teaching model used in the Fundamental nursing is beneficial to improve the students' information literacy,enhance learning quality and learning efficiency in class,and improve teaching status of Fundamental Nursing to heighten practical teaching effect.
