Acupuncture Combined With Acupoint Application In The Treatment Of Yin Deficiency And Yang Hyperactivity Clinical Study Of Vertigo

Objective: To observe the treatment of vertigo of yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity..Methods:from the ward of Department of hypertension in Xinjiang Autonomous Region Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine Yinxuyangkang type vertigo patients(Western medicine for the diagnosis of hypertension,TCM diagnosis for hyperactivity vertigo)were randomly divided into 4 groups: acupuncture group,acupoint application group,acupuncture combined with acupoint application group,oral antihypertensive drug group,all patients were taking antihypertensive drugs in the same treatment group were given corresponding treatment,observe 4 groups of patients in the TCM symptom score and ambulatory blood pressure changes before and after the treatment,evaluation of three kinds of treatment methods for the clinical curative effect of Yinxuyangkang type vertigo patients.Results: 1.after 12 weeks of treatment,in improving TCM symptoms integral,the main effect of acupuncture treatment significantly,P<0.05,the main effect of acupoint sticking therapy significantly,P<0.05,the interaction effect is significant,P<0.05;2.in the ambulatory blood pressure,among them,the main effect of acupuncture in the treatment of the highest systolic blood pressure no significant P>0.05,acupoint treatment no significant main effect,P>0.05,the interaction effect is significant,P<0.05;the main effect of acupuncture on the maximum diastolic blood pressure significantly,P<0.05,acupoint treatment no significant main effect,P>0.05,the interaction effect was not significant,P> 0.05;for the number of abnormal blood pressure,the main effect of acupuncture treatment significantly,P<0.05,acupoint treatment has significant main effect,P<0.05,the interaction effect is significant,P<0.05;the average systolic blood pressure,the main effect of acupuncture treatment was not significant,P>0.05,acupoint treatment no significant main effect,P>0.05,the interactive effect is not significant,P>0.05;the average diastolic blood pressure,the main effect of acupuncture treatment was not significant,P>0.05,acupoint treatment has significant main effect,P<0.05,the interactive effect is not significant,P>0.05;Conclusion: the study: 1.treatment method three groups to improve the TCM symptoms;2.for ambulatory blood pressure,but according to the highest number of abnormal blood pressure,acupuncture combined with acupoint sticking therapy can control the blood pressure within the a stable range.It is suggested that the treatment of hypertension is better than that of oral medicine alone in controlling the stability of blood pressure.
