Objective: Based on the comparasion of preoperative and postoperative manifestation of indocyanine green angiography(ICGA),optical coherence tomography(OCT)and fundus condition of patients who suffered polypoidal choroidal vasculopathy(PCV),the aim of this essay is to analysis the related factors affecting polypoidal lesion regression.Method: Retrospective analysis of 20 cases(20 eyes)who were diagnosed polypoidal choroidal vasculopathy in the second hospital of Jilin University from January 2013 to December 2017.According to the features of ICGA,11 of the 20 cases could be classified into 2 types,9 cases couldn't be classification because of the hemorrhages under the retina.Observing and recording the patients' gender, age, disease duration, intraocular pressure, preoperative and postoperative ICGA findings, preoperative and postoperative OCT manifestation, the condition of preoperative posterior vitreous detachment, the best-corrected visual acuity(BCVA)and recurrence, and made statistical analysis.Result:Compared with the ICGA performance before and after vitrectomy,12 eye lesions regressed, accounting for 60.0%.In 4 eyes of type 1 PCV,3 lesions disappeared, accounting for 75%.In 7 eyes of type 2 PCV,4 lesions subsided, accounting for 57.1%.There was no significant difference between the regression rate of two lesions(P>0.05).Of the 20 cases,8 eyes could see the posterior vitreous detachment, the lesions regressed in 2 eyes, accounting for 25.0%;12 eyes without PVD,the lesions regressed in 10 eyes, accounting for 83.3%;The lesion regression rate of eyes without PVD is higher than that of PVD eyes, and the two had statistical significance(P=0.019).In the cases of type 1 PCV,PVD was seen in 1 eye,the lesion regressed in 0 eyes, accounting for 0%,3 eyes had no PVD,and the lesion regressed in 3 eyes, accounting for 100%.In the cases of type 2 PCV,PVD was seen in 2 eyes, the lesion regressed in 1 eyes, accounting for 50%,5 eyes had no PVD,and the lesion regressed in 3 eyes, accounting for 60%.Conclusion: Continuous vitreous adhesion to retina playing a certain role in the occurrence and progression of the process in PCV,releading the adhesion or the traction of vitreous body could promote the regression of PCV lesion.
