Method: retrospective study of 158 cases in between January 2014 to December 2016,from patients that has been admitted to the department of neurosurgery in China Japan Union Hospital of Jilin University. Objective: is to make comparative study clinically between TransnasalTranssphenoidal Neuroendoscopic Surgery and Microscopic Surgery for Resection of Pituitary Adenomas, and compare in postoperative complications including Hypopituitarism,Diabetes insipidus, and Nose bleeding and nasal obstruction. Results: The mean complication rate of both Neuroendoscopic group and Microscopic group is different, the Microscopic group shows higher rate(51.32%)then the Neuroendoscopic group(21.95%)and the difference is significant p = 0.00 0,postoperative hypopituitarism is higher in Microscopic group(27.63 %)then the Neuroendoscopic group which is(14.63 %)with significant differences between these groups p = 0.045,in Diabetes insipidus the comparison of these groups shows a higher rate in Microscopy group(13.16 %)then the Neuroendoscopy group(3.77 %)and the significant is p= 0.03,postoperative comparison of Nasal obstruction and Nose bleeding the Neuroendoscopic group is lower(4% 2.4)then the Microscopic group(10.53 %),and the significant is p=0.0 37...
