The Efficacy Of Clindamycin Phosphate Gel Combined With The Erbium-doped Fractional Laser In The Treatment Of Mild To Moderate Acne Vulgaris

ObjectiveThe incidence of acne is high,and the Clindamycin Phosphate Gel in the treatment of acne vulgaris is effective.The 1656 nm fractional laser is previously used in depressed scar,skin photoage and skin wrinkles,but through clinical practice it can display significant cure acne induced active skin(noinflammatory and inflammatory lesions).In this study,through in-depth comparative analysis of clindamycin phosphate combined with 1565 nm laser in treatment of acne vulgaris curative effect,discuss the clindamycin phosphate with fractional laser can improve the curative effect,shorten the treatment cycle,to provide scientific reference for the future clinical work.MethodChoose 132 cases of acne patients,whose clinical symptoms of active lesions appearing on her face,and the ance tpye is mild to moderate during January 2015-September 2017 in outpatient Dept.The random is divided into 3 groups: 44 patients in Group A,46 patients in Group B,42 patients in Group C.In Group A,patients choosed the 1565 nm fractional laser,which delivered fluence is 20-30 m J/beam,spot density is 150-200μbeam/cm2,shape is hexagon and the diameter is 18 mm,and 3 laser treatments were performed at 2 weeks intervals.We all applied the clindamycin phosphate gel to the affected areas,twice a day in Group A.And in Group C,we both used the 1565 nm fractional laser and the clindamycin phosphate gel.Before treatment or at the further consultation to take pictures.Someone compared the photographs that taken at the second,fourth,sixth weeks to evaluate the curative effect,and observed the adverse reactions and recurrence at the same time.ResultsThere were 44 cases in group A,of which 13 cases were lost because of not coming back on time and 31 cases remained,7 patients are cured,3 patients get significant effect,6 patients have improvement effect,and 15 patients have no effect,the effective rate is 51.6%,and the cure rate is 22.6%;In group B,12 cases were lost because of not coming back on time and 34 cases remained,6 patients are cured,3patients get significant effect,4 patient has improvement effect,and 21 patient has no effect,the effective rate is 38.2% and the cure rate is 17.6%.In group C,13 cases were lost because of not coming back on time and 29 cases remained,13 patients are cured,7 patients get significant effect,3 patients have improvement effect,and 6 patients have no effect,the effective rate is 79.3%,and the cure rate is 44.6%.There is significant difference between group B and group C in the effective rate(P<0.05),and also between group B and group A.At the same time,the onset time of C group was obviously smaller than that of group B.ConclusionsBy the clinical observation and comparison,the clindamycin phosphate with fractional laser in treating acne vuglaris is effective,and it has more quikly onset,low recurrence rate,which is worth to be spread.
