| Objective:systematically observe the effect of HuaBan decoction to treat with inflammatory acne.Methods:120 cases of inflammatory acne are randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, each group has 60 patients. The treatment group takes the HuaBan decoction, while the control group takes Fufang Zhenzhu tablets. Meanwhile, both groups use clindamycin phosphate gel as adjuvant therapy. Patients return visit each week. During this process, researches observe patients'changes of symptom score. After four weeks, make the statistical analysis of the score and compare the effect at the end of the treatment.Results:the effect of the two groups:(1) the treatment group cure rate is 48.28%, and the total effective rate is 98.28%.(2) The control Groupthe cure rate is 29.09%, and the total effective rate is 85.45%. In the total effective rate, integral and clinical symptoms, etc, the treatment group and control group have no significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:For inflammatory acne,the treatment of HuaBan decoction has less adverse reaction and more clinical application value which is better than Fufang Zhenzhu Anchuang tablets. |
