Clinical Observation Of Auricular Point Sticking Treatment For Postoperative Pain Of Anal Fissure

Purpose:Objective to observe the pain at different time points after anal fissure surgery,and to discover the clinical curative effect of auricular point sticking therapy in the treatment of postoperative pain after anal fissure,in addition to further demonstrate its enforceability and realness.Method:1.All patients selected are diagnosed with old anal fissure and need surgical treatment,A unified way of anesthesia and routine nursing after operation are applied to every patients.2.Cases of entry are from the inpatient department of the anorectal department of our hospital during the period from January 2017 to December 2017,The 60 patients were distributed into the experimental group and the control group in two groups randomly,each group consist of 30 cases.The two groups of anesthetic pattern,surgical procedures and postoperative nursing measures were the same.3.Treatment group was treated with auricular point sticking for postoperative pain after operation.The control group was given Indometacin tablets orally to relieve pain.Record the pain of patients at third hour,sixth hour,and the first day,3rd day and 5th day after the anal fissure surgery.4.The degree of pain is measured by visual analogue scale(VAS),a pain assessment scale is used to score a patient's current pain score.The effects of the two treatments were observed and the data of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Result:At the third hours,sixth hours after operation,a total of 2 time points,the VAS score in the experimental group was evidently lower than the result of the control group.The statistical test was P<0.05,and the two had statistical difference.At the first day,and third day after operation,a total of 2 time points,the VAS score in the experimental group was evidently higher than the result of the control group.The statistical test was P<0.05,and the two had statistical difference.The VAS score of the experimental group was slightly more than the result of the control group at the fifth day after the surgical operation,but the statistical test P>0.05,there is no statistical difference.Conclusion:In the therapy of postoperative pain in anal fissure surgery,Auricular acupoint pressing can effectively relieve the pain of anus incision in the condition of quiescent state.But It's better to think about the Influence of Auricular acupoint pressing in the time of surgical dressing change.The clinical effect is better than that of oral Indometacin tablets in the condition of quiescent state,and there was no obvious adverse reaction be discovered.The effect of the auricular point sticking therapy on the postoperative pain of anal fissure is remarkable and safe and reliable.
