The Clinical Observation On Baixiaoqudu Lotion Prevent And Treat Anal Fissure Postoperative Complications

Objectives To observe the clinical curative effect of Baixiaoqudu lotion fumigate through anal fissure postoperative, by comparing the patients with pain, edema, bleeding, wound areas and the score differences bacteriostasis experiment, and to confirm the clinical effects on Baixiaoqudu lotion prevent and treat anal fissure postoperative complications.Methods The selected cases were divided into the treatment group(Baixiaoqudu lotion) and control group(Jinxuanzhike lotion), two groups of patients with preoperative and postoperative general consistent with conventional treatment, two groups in gender, age, duration, number of the incision, pain, edema, bleeding and wound area score after statistics processing the day after operation, compare the differences of clinical efficacy between the two groups. Treatment group with 100 ml Baixiaoqudu lotion and 900 ml warm water to fumigate, control group to Jinxuanzhike lotion and 1000 ml warm water to fumigate, and keep the same amount of time and temperature control in the two groups, postoperative pain, edema, bleeding quantized points. On the 0, 3, 6, 9d record the data of pain, edema, bleeding, wound healing area, wound healing rate and the wound healing time, In postoperative medication 3, 6, 9 d treatment in patients with wound a little secretion of bacteriostasis experiment, measurement of bacteriostatic ring diameter and to score of bacteriostatic ring diameter, to recorded in the two groups after treatment in patients with the general curative effect and treatment of patients during the period of adverse reactions, comparing the clinical efficacy.Results The two groups in gender, age, duration, number of the incision, pain, edema, bleeding and wound area score after statistics processing the day after operation,(P>0.05), and the difference was not statistically significant. On the 0, 3, 6, 9d, treatment group and control group in the pain, edema, bleeding, wound healing areas and wound healing rate comparison,(P<0.05), and the difference was statistically significant, the effective treatment group was better than control group,(P<0.05). On the 3, 6, 9d, treatment group and control group in the bacteriostatic score comparison,(P<0.05),the effective treatment group was better than control group,(P<0.05). The treatment group and control group in the hospital stay, and overall curative effect(21d) comparison,(P<0.05). During the treatment, treatment group of 10 patients with pruritus ani, and thecontrol group of 13 patients with pruritus ani, there was no special symptoms improved after treatment, and did not affect the study, other adverse reactions in the two groups were not seen.Conclusions 1 Baixiaoqudu lotion can relieve anal fissure postoperative pain, edemas, bleed, and promote wound healing, shorten the wound healing time after the anal fissure operation. 2 Baixiaoqudu lotion has obvious antibacterial effect, could prevent and treat the wound infection, safe and effective, which is worth promoting after the anal fissure operation.
