| Purpose: The efficacy of sihongzhitong decoction in treating patients with unstable angina of coronary heart disease with qi Yin deficiency and stagnation of qi Yin deficiency and blood stasis was observed in terms of angina symptoms,TCM syndromes,changes before and after electrocardiogram treatment,pregnancy-related protein A,and rate of cessation and reduction of nitroglycerin.Method: In this study,the patients were selected as the research subjects from January2017 to February 2018 at changchun university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital.80 patients who met the criteria were randomly divided into 40 patients in experimental group and 40 patients in the control group.The experimental group western medicine routine treatment add the sihongzhitong decoction,choose the new green traditional Chinese medicine formula granule,each dose divide 3 squares to pack,each time take 1,daily 3 times lukewarm water to take 100 ml,the meal before the meal.The control group of conventional western medicine treatment add yixinshu(batch number: Z52020038,approved by the Guizhou Xinbang Pharmaceutical Co,Ltd production),each contained 0.38 g of crude drugs,four at a time,three times a day,oral.The course of treatment was 2 weeks.The efficacy and safety of 2 weeks after treatment were observed in five aspects: the symptoms of angina,the change of TCM syndrome,changes of electrocardiogram before and after treatment,changes in PAPP-A and reduction rate of nitroglycerin.The data collected during the treatment were collected by SPSS17.0 statistical analysis software.Result:1 Angina symptoms curative effect: 2 weeks after the medication,symptoms of angina pectoris curative effect comparison,the experimental group have 15 cases were markedly effective,effective 21 cases,total effective rate 92.30%,control group 10 cases had marked effect,14 cases effective,total effective rate 63.15%,cure angina symptoms after curative effect comparison between groups,with statistical significance(P<0.05);2 Discontinue rate of nitroglycerin :The reduction rate of nitroglycerin was 75.86% in the experimental group,60.71% in the control group,and compared with the rank and test analysis,Z =-1.561,P= 0.119>0.05,no statistically significant difference;3 TCM syndromes and symptomatic curative effect:The total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the experimental group was 87.17% and 57.89% in the control group.Therapy of TCM symptoms after group comparison: on chest symptoms have significant statistical significance(P < 0.01),chest pain was statistically significant(P < 0.05),lack of power,GanYan dry mouth symptoms on significant statistical significance(P < 0.01),on the symptoms of palpitation,spontaneous sweating,night sweating was statistically significant(P< 0.05),shortness of breath,be agitated,insomnia,no statistical significance(P < 0.05);Comparison of TCM syndromes in TCM syndromes: shortness of breath,fatigue,palpitation,sweating,sweating and dry symptoms,the comparison of the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.01).In the irritability symptom,the experimental group had a statistically significant difference(P < 0.05),while the control group had no statistical significance(P>0.05).In terms of insomnia,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05);4 Ecg curative effect: after treatment,ecg curative effect in experimental group total effectiveness is 43.58%,control group total effectiveness 42.10%,electrocardiogram by rank and inspection,Z = 0.393,P = 0.694 > 0.05,the two groups no significant statistical differences in changing electrocardiogram(ecg);5 PAPP-A: After treatment,PAPP-A level of the experimental group was 15.9±1.2mIU/L,and the control group was 17.0±1.7mIU/L,and the experimental group was statistically significant(P>0.05)in lowering serum PAPP-A level;Conclusion: Compared with the conventional treatment of yixinshu Capsule Combined with western medicine,the clinical curative effect of the combination of sihongzhitong decoction combined with western medicine is more accurate than the conventional treatment of yixinshu capsule add Western medicine.It can effectively reduce the symptoms of angina pectoris,increase the reduction rate of nitric acid glycerin,and reduce the level of serum PAPP-A.Improving the TCM syndromes and symptoms of the patients can effectively improve the quality of life of the patients. |
