Clincal Study On Treating CHD Unstable Angina Pectoris With Guanxintang (GXT)

ObjectiveTo observe the curative effect of Guanxintang(GXT) to CHD unstable angina pectoris(type of the lacking in vital energy blood stasis card) and the influence on CRP through comparison,and explore the mechanism.MethodsAll cases come from hospitalizied sufferer with the data integrity in Cardiovascular Department of Xuzhou TCM hospital,from Dceember,2007 to March,2009.Total 60 cases were divided into two groups:treatment group(30 cases) and comparison group(30 cases).All patients' clinical symptoms conform to the diagnosis standard of unstable angina pectoris,and at the same time,conform to the type of the lacking in vital energy blood stasis card.The treatment group and the comparison group have no statistics difference in age,sex,the time of disease,complication and the clinical symptoms(P＞0.05).The patients in treatment group take GXT plus standard western medicine,the patients in comparison group take standard western medicine.One period of treatment was 14 days.For all the patients,general conditions,angina pectoris symptoms,ECG,syndrom and signs were observed.In addition, CRP and blood lipid were tested before and after the treatment.The Stat.method:The data was analyzed after observation.The enumeration datas,the measurement datas and the rank datas were examined with Chi-square test,T-test and Ridit respectively.Result1 The clinical curative effective of angina pectoris symptoms:The treatment group: obvious effective rate 53.33%,progressive rate 36.67%,total effective rate 90.00%;The comparison group:obvious effective rate 23.33%,progressive rate 63.33%,total effective rate 86.67%.The statistics result shows no difference between the treatment group and the comparison group(P＞0.05),but the treatment group is superior to the comparison group in the obvious effective rate(P＜0.05).2 The therapeutic efficiency of syndrome and signs:The treatment group:obvious effective rate 56.67%,progressive rate 33.33%,total effective rate 90.00%;The comparison group:obvious effective rate 20.00%,progressive rate 63.33%,total effective rate83.33%. The statistics result shows no difference between the treatment group and the comparison group(P＞0.05),but the treatment group is superior to the comparison group in the obvious effective rate(P＜0.05).3 Electrocardiogram:The treatment group:obvious effective rate 16.67%,progressive rate 60.00%,total effective rate 76.67%;The comparison group:obvious effective rate 13.33%,progressive rate 33.33%,total effective rate 46.67%.The statistics result shows the difference between the treatment group and the comparison group(P＜0.05),and the treatment group is superior to the comparison group in the progressive effective rate(P＜0.05).4 CRP:The clinical results show that the CRP level after the treatment is lower than it before the treatment in the two groups(P＜0.05).And the the treatment group is superior to the comparison group(P＜0.05).5 Blood lipid:The clinical results show that the blood-fat level after the treatment is better than it before the treatment in the treatment group(P＜0.05)and it no difference in the comparison group except TC(P＜0.05).Comparing the treatment group with the comparison group after treatment,the TC and HDL-C level has difference(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe study demonstrated that GXT can relieve symptoms of patients with unstable angina pectoris(type of the lacking in vital energy blood stasis card) and have a better efficiency than the comparison group with taking the standard western medicine.And the treatment group is superior to the comparison group in improving the CREGXT is worthy of using in the clinic widely.
